Telewing Uninor — my recharge not done but the amount is charged to my debit card account

Address:Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

I have recharged my uninor No [protected] Rs. 135 on Jan 06, 2015. However my account is not recharged, but the amount is charged to my debit card account . Further it is charged twice to my account. Please reverse money in my account . my account No-[protected]
