I have purchased 1 plot in murbad from temple rose.

mountain rose phase 2 .

I have paid all my EMI for 4 years and now company not ready to give my plot.

the office is sealed by EOW now . over thousands of people already cheated.

pls, be aware.

deveidas sajnani duped us and now not interest to give any plot to us.

we are request honurable court to take strict action and give us back our hard earn money ASAP.

I have invested in rose riveria plot no-319, after 2 yrs he has transferred me to rose lakeview - ii at ambivali (Shahapur). I paid huge amount for this. Company has given me registered sale deed+kharedi khat+7+12 abstract for rose lake view-ii.
I have paid full agreement value amount and stamp duty registration + legal charges. I also paid water + electricity charges. But now govt. Have acquired all the land and many have lodge complaint against the company in eow. As i have already received my documents (Rose lakeview-ii) transferred to me pl suggest should i also lodge a complaint.

In this case will i get my entire money back or my plot.???

I have purchased two plot number 359 and 360 measuring 4132 sq ft under survey no 9 hissano 22 village parhe taluka murbad dist thane under rose mountain range scheme vide agreement dated 26 mar 2011. As per agreement plots were to be offered for possession after four years ie mar 2015. But possession has not been given by company till date nor they have refunded money paid by me for the plots. Pl savee from companys fraud and gete plots or money paid by me.

I am sarita, purchased land from temple rose in 2014 now as company is fraud, i want my money to refund as much i paid. I want to know about the process that how i can file complain regarding this fraud company. If you require i can send to all required documents for further process.
They asked money in installemts but in jan 2017 they closed everything and i paid them about 30 installemnts. But now they are closed, i want help in getting my money back from them.

I m pradip n hapse made agreement for plot no. Rcii-546, measuring 2519 sq ft.in rose city phase ii on dated 01/02/2013 in location pingori, tal - purandhar, dist - pune. According to this agreement i paid 43 installment of rs 7347 from datr 01/02/2013 (Rs 315921) and 20% booking amt. (Rs 88165), total amt 404086. Now company is in frauad scam now i want to take my money back

Plot no is rlvii-373-area2499sq. Fts. As per finaln. A. Received against my old plotno. Rlv-591 area3000sq. Fts. As per the brochure proposedna. Name: pankajkumar gulabbhai desai & son.

I purchaged two plots no.680 & 681 under gut no. 810 measuring 1938 sq. Ft each at pingori, purandhar in project rose city phase-iv on 5th apr 2013 vide 100/- stamp no. Gw 352712 &14 seller no. 140 dated 07 feb 13, temple rose stamped sl no. 07745 &47 dtd 11 feb 13 notarised by advocate & notary madan ratnaniregd no. 277 of 88 dtd 5 apr 2013.
Monthly down pymnts made by cheques since than for 5 yrs and was getting over in few month. But now since last 3 months it got stop. When spoke to mr bapu at pune office, vame to know about some issue and later no reply. Offices are also locked. Dont know whome and where to contact.
I am a defence personnal and my hard earned money is cheated. If someone van help me to get my money back or at least assure me that i will get my leaglly owned plots as per sale agreement...

I have purchased plot from temple rose real estate pvt ltd at village khor taluka, daund in pune and had the agreement done by temple rose in july 2015. The officer of temple rose branch which was initially at east street galleria on east street and then moved office to mg road, pune, would always say that the na is in progress and that the plotting would be done soon. But till date nothing has been done. Company's offices at pune found locked.
I had transferred the funds through bank against plot no 402 in rose golden city pune phase-i.
Now temple rose land found as a fraud. Please let me know how i can get my money back?

I hv invested in the project of temple rose. They gave us beautiful explanation and convince us to invest in their company, they were forcing to invest in land, but i refused and then they and agent convince for invest in their projects, along with handsome benefits, but when this scam arose nobody at dadar office available and the premises were sealed by bank along with notice...
Pls help us to get our money back....

Temple rose real-estate have sold me a plot which was supposed to be converted into na in due course in the township named rose crown at borgaon taluka karjat dist raigad survey no.120/126/133 (Parts). After paying the initial amt. I gave pdc. Which i paid monthly for two years. Now for the third yr when i visited their office at dadar to give them cheques, i noticed that their office was been sealed by the nkgsb bank. After waiting n searching a lot on net realised that the company is fraud & has cheated many in same matter. I need guidance n help in order to recover my money

I have tried cancelling the plot and asked for refund of my money thrice at their mg road office but for the last more than 1 year they are not taking the cancelations either.

I heard that eow has arrested the director sajnanai. Thats good.

The agent srikant jaiswal in pune should also be held responsible and arrested along with the other wrong doers. He is the one who kept us in the dark till the last minute and kept discouraging me from selling the plot or from asking for refund. And for the last 6 months he is refusing to answer phone calls.

I have invested lots of money in temple rose real estate private limited project rose paradise phase - ii. From 2013 till date there is no progress from there side. When the cheques issued to the co. Did not appeared for the same in the bank then i visited personally to their branch office at dadar. I was surprised to see that bank has already sealed that office.

I have just been passed from pillar to post.
I'm not sure how to get my money back from these fraudsters.
Kindly let me know how can i get my amount back for the payments i have made towards the plot of rs 2.65 lakhs.

I am investment in temple rose real estate pvt ltd for five years rs 1, 00, 000 my company return your amount after five years but he also said company also benefit every three month rs5000 but last year they did not pay any amount they are only three years pay the amount every three month two years every three month amount and my full amount rs1, 00, 000

I invest money in tample rose in 2013. I purchase 2 plot with him every when I came back pune I seen the condition they did frude in Mumbai in sept I went office to take back my money then they tell me you wll get ur money back after 6 month. I give visit after 4 month then the office close. They told me humara paisa fas gya hi. Any one have idea that how we will resolve the issue with them. My numb [protected] I am waiting for the reply

My friend and I bought 6 plots in total sold by Temple Rose Pvt Ltd under their various schemes like Plot buy back, double investment etc. We belong to middle class families and have invested hard earned money in these plots aspiring to have better investment opportunities. The company personnel are not responding and their Dadar office seems to be sealed. Please help!
