Dear Sir,

Number of times i called from the date of investment. It was promised that you dont need to followup, an ecs of 16999 will be deposited to your account every quarter, had registered aggrement also for the same. However from the first quarter itself i am following for ecs and of which ecs deposited not on time almost more than 2 month delay. I called to director Mr. Kesav Idya, account department Shraddha, & Mr. Menon, no one gives date on which it will deposit. The agent Subhash kohare who introduced his phone also switchoff. I handover the cheuqe to director Mr. Kesav iddya. This is now over my patience and now looking for my own money back asap.I need your support as soon as possible sir

There buyback cheques have started bouncing since feb 2016 & still no satisfactory reply from them.

I also went to their office for follow couple of time but it seem they only want to give false hopes.

My investment of 5 lacs are at stake.

Nothing is sure for this company. I request other to please stay from this company for further investment...

I have been visiting the office of temple rose real estate for the last 7 years. also called them up. they just say that na has not been done and will be done in a months time. as nothing has been done by them for so long and also they have not compensated me with any kind, i feel i am cheated by investing in their dreamland phase i project.
I had invested in it 7 years back. not only they have not made it na, they have also not given me possession or any compensation.

Regretting now.

Rose dreamland phase i project - plot no 98

In 2011, me and my wife had purchased a plot in rose city phaase 1 at jejuri pune, of this company templerose, we had made full payment of 2.5 lacs, compamy had promised us to give n. a. not later than 2015 december, and also we made agreement notarised on stamp paper for the same. and then m. d said that if you want to sell we would take it back at the prevalent market price,
But till now they have not given n, a
And stilll they are not taking the plot back at the market price, then i said to m. d to give me back my initial capital as promised but he refused,
Then i asked him to selll it to other party, then also he refused.
O again i insist tht either they give n. a as stated in the agreement or give me back my money. but they turn arrogant, and does not reply to my query every time i phone them, they say that n. a woul be daone nex mounth.

They are fooling the public, one day they all will leave away with public money like vijay maalllyaa did, and goverment will search exuses for this lax behaviour. i request all the shareholders of the company to take legal action againsts the company as soon as possible. as this compny would soon be declared bankrupt and insolvent, their passport must be confisticated by the judiciary before itss too late...

We have invested in temple rose real estate project of rose green in murbad district, maharashtra for a buy back option in the year 2015. The amount of investment is rs 3, 00, 000/-

We have been given pdc cheques till 2018, however the cheques are been getting bounced due to insufficient funds. No proper response is been given by the company nor by their agents.

The have office in pune but no proper response

We don't know what should be done further.

We have invested in two projects of Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., namely Rose Serene City in 2013 and Rose Pearl City in 2014 on buy back policies and we were issued PDC cheques on quarterly basis till 2017 and 2018 respectively. Until September 2015 the cheques were being honoured. After that cheques were getting bounced for lack of funds, but they paid thru NEFTS . From January 2016 they have stopped paying cheques due in January 2016 and onwards. They sent a request letter saying that cheques would be paid by March 2016. But nothing has happened.
PDC's due in January and March 2016 were deposited in the bank but bounced due to insufficient funds.

We feel we have no other option but to take recourse to legal action against the Company, as cheques are valid till 2017 and 2018.

My retired mother has invested money in this company for an amount of 3 lacs, and my brother in law has invested 10 lakhs, and I have invested 50 thousand, the company has given us post dated cheques for the quarterly interest portion. But these cheques are now bouncing. The company is not responding to our emails or messages. On personally meeting the MD Devidas Sajnani in 2nd seek of Dec 2015, at his Dadar office, he promised me of returning the principal amount in a months time. I have written a letter to him also after this requesting him to return the pricipal amount atrelast for my mother first, butno response to that also.
But nothing has happened, Since a month and I understand from other investors that their cheques are also bouncing.
