Ihad purchased a plot from templerose real estate pvt ltd at pingori taluka, purandar in pune and had the agreement done by temple rose. The agents of temple rose branch which was initially at east street galleria on east street and then moved office to mg road, pune, would always say that the na is in progress and that the plotting would be done soon. I have also finished paying my emi's, my last emi payment was in dec' 2015. I have tried cancelling the plot and asked for refund of my money thrice at their mg road office but for the last more than 1 year they are not taking the cancelations either.
