Tencent Pubg Mobile — fraud/service not provided after taking the money

Hi team,

I tried to get the pubg mobile prime plus subscription by paying an amount of rs 400/- through my debit card to google play services. The amount got deducted successfully from the bank but in app it told me purchase error. Now when i go back to my pubg mobile account it is asking me to buy the prime plus subscription to enjoy the benefits but the amount already got deducted.

Please help me.
