Tender Cuts — Payment Issue

Double payment was done for Tender Cuts on 23/4/2022 for Rs 651.19 through G-Pay Transaction ID[protected] after few days called to customer care number they requested to send screen shot to [protected]@tendercuts.in mail ID after sending so many emails still know no response from them... Such a useless service and waste of time management please help me in this regard
