I'm a tender cuts elite customer. Paid extra 15rs to get delivery in 2hrs. Order is not delivered after 3hrs. So asked delivery person to cancel order. Order not delivered also no refund generated....

I have ordered prawns and it supposed to be received before 12pm today. But there is no update in the app, so I tried to connect with customer care. The app says they are busy at this moment....

I ordered Fish from Tendercuts through Swiggy and the order number is[protected], however the fish i got was rotten and spoilt and it was not he same quantity i ordered, And i dont have any means of communicating this information to the concern.

This is a very serious issue as these rotten things can cause a major health issue....

Double payment was done for Tender Cuts on 23/4/2022 for Rs 651.19 through G-Pay Transaction ID[protected] after few days called to customer care number they requested to send screen shot to [protected]@tendercuts.in mail ID after sending so many emails still know no response from them... Such a useless service and waste of time management please help me in this regard...

I have ordered (No - #[protected] some items in tender cuts on 14th May 2022 and delivery was planned on 15th May 2022 from 7 to 10 AM. I got a call from Saligrammam branch at 8 am that it will be transferred to Kolathur branch and will be supplied from them. Mean while i called customer care 3 times about delivery status and they informed that delivery is on its way. Due to delay i directly went to the Kolathur store and got the information...

I have been consistently requesting for my refund but the executives from the chat team has been pushing me for the refund to their aggregated walled which I'm not interested and asked the team to refund to my source account... Supply of poor quality shrimp/fish in the name of discounted products...

I have ordered meat with their committed delivery time. The ordered not delivered at the specified time and after i was did complaint to their customer care my order was delivered at 2pm.

The delivered meat quality is very poor because of the meat prepared at early morning.

Asking this to tender cuts adyar store, the delivery team is behaves arrogant and not given any responsible...
