I have ordered (No - #[protected] some items in tender cuts on 14th May 2022 and delivery was planned on 15th May 2022 from 7 to 10 AM. I got a call from Saligrammam branch at 8 am that it will be transferred to Kolathur branch and will be supplied from them. Mean while i called customer care 3 times about delivery status and they informed that delivery is on its way. Due to delay i directly went to the Kolathur store and got the information that they don't have knowledge about it and order was not prepared. Came to know that out of 3 items 1 item was out of stock and made me wait and then prepared the order and delivered by hand on 12:30 after heated arguments. There is some system issues and communication issues between the branches and customers are suffering on not getting timely delivery and customer care doesn't even know anything about this.
