Three companies viz TGS Constructions Dreamz G k and Gruh kalyan opened their offices in Bengaluru in 2015 with big advertisements in leading news papers and swanky offices with many staff. T G S Constructions Pvt Ltd was also a sponsorer of the IPL 2015. Mr Christ Gale famous West Indies cricketer was the brand ambassador of this company. The real estate company was to start formation/construction of housing plots and Flats in many parts of Bangalore. Thousands of people invested lakhs of rupees with a hope of getting a plot or a flat at reasonable rates. Many of the investors like me have booked the flats by giving huge amounts (life time savings), I have also paid Rs 13.00 lakh to M/S TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd and booked a flat in my wife’s name.
2) Even after one and half years there was no progress and the news of these bogus companies started spreading, I also applied for refund of my entire amount. On our complaints Karnataka state CID police have arrested these proprietors who have cheated thousands of people and gulped crores of rupees and investigation is in progress.
3) I also suspect that this group of fraudsters might have carried out such cheating business in other parts of the country mainly in Punjab, Delhi, Noida, Gurugaon and Kolkatta etc places. Since, some people have expressed doubt about the nexus between the fraudsters and the big politicians of Karnataka as mentioned in the paper cuttings and cannot expect justice, I request the PMO to look into this matter and hand over the case to CBI for further enquiry and render justice to thousands of investors

The company assured to give one plot free if we book the flats well in advance and i paid Rs 8.50 Lakhs as advance for a flat with 1400 sq feet
area at a total cost of 29 Lacs + one plot free near Kanakapura Road.
Himangi Shivu and Devika were assigned as contact persons. However the project never took off and i submitted cancellation of Booking form on 17th Jan 2017. Subsequently when i visited their office at HSR Layout, the office is closed and no one is responding to the calls.

I had booked a 2BHK flat under TGS construction for Singapore project on 12th Sept, 2016, booking form no. 9888.

I had paid total 6, 50, 000 INR in which 2 lakh paid through cheque no. 272212 (ICICI) on 12th Sept, 2016 and 4.5 lakh paid through cheque no. 272214(ICICI) on 23rd Sept, 2016.

The construction have not started yet and its office is closed due to multiple land scam by...

Id have made 1 BHK flat booking in TGS Mouritious and paid 4.63 lacs. later they informed the project will not take place. then i cancelled the booking and sought for refund. still I have not got the refund and the office also closed. if anyone have details kindly help me in getting my money. in the meeting held at whitehoue they promised to refund by march. but not able to reach any body.

Laxmisha invested in tgs vaibhavalakasmi with initial payment of rs.6.5 lacs.in 2016. Despite cancelling the same on 10.01.20172, till now i have not received the refund. I have approached the company several times, till now, but except assurances, no refund has been received. Gradually they have closed their 2 offices. First they closed their office near spar super market next their kengeri office & then hsr layout office.

I request similar investors who can guide me how to get the refund and what is the avenue left now. Whether consumer forum can be of assistance.?

We have paid advance in the month of June 2016 for 2 Nos of plot in the proposed TGS Vaibhava Laksmi Layout near Kengeri, Bangalore

After few weeks when we contacted the Customer Relationship Manager, we were told the project is delayed and it will be taken up soon.

It is about an year over now and we did not hear anything regarding the status of the development which they promised that the work will be started in 6 months and registration can be done in 12 months.

We could not reach anybody presently as all the given mobile numbers are not existing.

This is to inform all readers that TGS constructions has cheated us and thousands of people by confirming us to allot a site at TGS Padmavathi Layout and i also held responsible the marketing team and TGS office members who were a part of this fraud and who mislead the innocent people to buy /purchase the layout by showing the fake documents and took money in the form of cheque and cash. They had given the phone numbers of Manoj and Manjunath and Nikhitha who were working at this organisation for further updates. Today none of the above is replying to our calls.

I had booked 2 plots of 30x40 size in this project by paying Rs.8 lakh as 50% advance and was waiting for registration of the plots. But now the office in HSR layout is closed and no body is answering the calls. all the phone nos are not in use and does not exist any more. The booking was done in May 2016. Now the MD of TGS has been arrested and is being questioned. I need action to be taken and my money is refunded back.

I had applied for a plot to m/s tgs constructions pvt. ltd., hsr layout, bengaluru during may 2015 against company's public offer. on the behalf of m/s tgs constructions pvt. ltd., its managing director-dr. mandeep kaur collected a total amount of rs. 7, 50, 000/- (vide booking form no. 2693 & receipt no. 2031, 2190, 2451) & got into a memorandum o[censored]nderstanding (mou) on the 2nd day of june 2015. as per the terms & conditions agreed upon, company assured that plot would be registered in my name before 12 months from the date of mou.
During june 2016 against my query & reminder, dr. mandeep kaur on the behalf of m/s tgs constructions pvt. ltd. requested for a grace period of 3 months for the registration of plot. however, inspite the lapse of 3 months my continuous follow-up with company found in vain as company's staff including dr. mandeep kaur were kept on promising before vanishing completely from all modes of communication. shocked & worried about the subsequent developments, i have decided to withdraw the amount paid to tgs constructions. accordingly, i have forwarded an withdrawal application request through indian post on 16th january 2017 but the letter was returned back bearing the reason 'door locked'. not withstanding, i have sent 2nd request letter through registered post with acknowledgement due on 2nd february 2017 to the company's address. even this letter was also returned back bearing the reason 'no person receiving on the behalf of tgs'.
This shows lapse & malicious attitude of m/s tgs constructions pvt. ltd. interms of not keeping its promise & conditions committed in mou including callous attitude of dr. mandeep kaur towards citizen of this state & country. it is very clear that m/s tgs constructions pvt. ltd., hsr layout, bengaluru & its company's managing director-dr. mandeep kaur have violated the terms & conditions and are playing with the lives & sentiments of innocent citizens. i request your immediate action to register this as a complaint, investigate & help to get our hard earned money back.

They promised registration will be done Dec 2016. They have closed offices and all are in jail now. What is going to happen to our hard earned money, which was saved for life time. We want our money back.

Hi all, please file a written complaint at madivala police station to make the case strong. All tgs cheater namely mr sachin naik, manpreet kaur are caught at madivala police station and behind the bar. The more the complaints, the more the case will be strong. Simultaneously we can force govt to take early steps as the case may delay in years and we may be looser.

I am Narasimha goud, i booked two sites in Tgs Bhagyalakshmi, situated in kengeri, Booking no.rs 8724 and 8725 by sending Rtgs amount 4, 00, 000/- four lakhs on June 12th 2016.But Still no progress in that project, and website closed, office closed and no numbers are working, 11 th march 2017 i visited tgs office nothing is there, still i am in shocking, brought amount from outside with Rs 3 /- intrest, please help us and save my life. TGS, DreamZ & Gruh Kalyan were all floated by Sachin Naik, Mandeep Kaur & Disha Choudhary and not sure how many keeps he is having and how many these two are having.

They have cheated thousands of crores of rupees of hard earned money of many innocent people, those who are hoping of securing their or their children’s futures are traumatized.

Many complaints are registered, but nothing is working out. In that context all the investors are holding a big rally on 18th Mar 2017 at Freedom Park, Bangalore to get the government, media, politicians attention.

Hi, I have applied for Tgs dhanalakshmi project and paid 4 lac in may 2016. After the recent issues with Tgs I have applied for cancellation on Feb 2017. I was given a number of Manju to contact for further details, but so far the number is not reachable and no update. The executive has told they will refund the amount after 3 months. Anyone has update on Tgs please share details or add my number to the watsup group.

I Mrs Raji V and my aunt Mrs G Ranganayaki from Salem in Tamil Nadu have booked each one site at their TGS saraswathi project near Sri Ravishankarji ashram in kanakapura road, Bangalore on 21st June 2015. We have paid Rs. 6.00 lacs each in three installments of Rs. 1.00 lac on 24.06.2015 by cheque, Rs.4.00 lacs on 28.06.2016 by cheque and Rs.1.00 lac on 05.04.2016 by NEFT. Till now the company had not allotted site. They have also not refunded our money. Every time when we contact they were giving false assurances to get the property registered at the earliest. Recently it is learnt that the company had closed their office. None of the contact numbers are in existence. As we are staying outside Bangalore, it is difficult for us to know the latest developments. We are really depressed and deeply worried about getting back our hard earned money. Please help us in getting back our total money of Rs. 12.00 lakhs

I had booked a flat under TGS construction 2 years back. I had paid 5, 60, 000 Inr. The construction didn't take place till now, I a have applied for cancellation on Jan 2017, but I learnt that they have closed their office. Now I want to know how to get back my money. I tried contacting through mobile numbers of TGS construction but no response. Please suggest.

Dear Sir, I booked a flat at TGS New York (Bannerghatta Road) in April 2015 in pre-launch offer and have paid 5, 00, 000 to TGS. The project was supposed to start in June 2015 and they kept delaying the project due to some land acquisition problems. Everytime we dropped by at their office, they said the project would start in the next month and this happened for last one and half years. Now, I applied for cancellation of project on Jan 5, 2017. They said they would schedule a meeting for the project and then would give a DD for the amount refund. When I went and visited their office on Mar 2 2017 after I didn't hear anything from them, I learnt that their office is closed. I tried contacting several people but all the numbers are no more valid. Their site is also closed. Next day, I visited their electronic city property which they said was a "ready to move" property and would be ready for possession by Jan 2017. To my disbelief, I found that the construction is not theirs. They have not acquired the land in electronic city. TGS was a commission agent to the builder. Also, the owner Sachin Nayak and Mandeep Kaur are arrested now. The company has cheated many innocent people. It's a scam of several crores.

We have invested our hard-earned money here and are now in a position of not knowing how to proceed with this. Request you to kindly help us out and recover the money invested by us.

Dear sir,
I have booked one single bedroom flat ( 650 sq.Feet at TGS BEIJING) On 15/07/2016 and I have paid 345000 for the same. My MOU Was signeed on 17/7/2016 by Dr. Mandeepkaur M.D, TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd.,
But due to some medical problem I have cancelled the same on 5/12/2016. Miss Archana DGM, TGS Constructions is promised me that I will get my money back as early as possible.
In the month of January I went to there office it was closed. And no body was lifting phones.
I am requesting you people to understand my problem and refund the money.

We have bought one plot in TGS Gowri project. Paid 5lakh as 3l at first booking, 2nd 1.5Laksh, after that 50K.

They were telling all progress details and also even the sale deed and approval documents have been shared to us. I have been roaming for my office works.

But recent days, I don't get any updates and when I call them, all numbers were not valid.

Now I have come to know that there are more legal cases going on this company.

How can I get my money back.? Some one please help me.
