I have booked with this company in for apartment in TGS BOSTON PROJECT.
i have paid rs 5 lakh.construction should have started by ocober 2016. till date no progress. No response from company for email .or phone call.no body attends when visit personnally at their office.this company is cheating innocent customers. i request govt to take appropriate action and initiate process to return money deposited by investors

I have booked 4 plots worth and made advance payments to Rs14.4lakh.
They told me that property will be registered within 15 months. After 15 months is over, if its not registered, then they return back the amount with fixed rate of interest.
After 15 months and being tired of their false promises, i cancelled the project and they gave me post dated cheque which has bounced.
They have cheated so many people and heard that they do not return the money easily.

This is regarding the high security registration plates in bihar; the company is charging extra money for making registration plates. They take extra money around rs 350 and rs 121 for four wheeler and two wheeler respectively. As per the motor act 1988, plates cab be fixed at the authorised station by transport office, but almost every dealer in bihar is keeping no plates and fixing it to the vehicle. Extra money taken are deposited in different account as 'black money'. The qualities of plates are also very poor. If the customers complain about that, the company never listen to them. Taking extra money and supplying plates to non authorised person is totally illegal as per the motor act and inquiry has to be done. The company has already been black listed in other state for doing the same but, it is being done bihar.

I saw tgs website and booked site. Since documents and mou not good to my legal advisor, i cancelled the site. After 10month also they have not returned the amount and cheque bounced long back. No one responding and asking me to come tomorrow and i am worried a lot, since 1 lackh rupees not returned. They will tell all the times will pay. There is a system with tgs that we are not able to meet any managers.

I booked a flat in tgs boston in december 2014. They forced me to pay 25% of the apartment cost, i. E 6.5 laks. They promised me to complete the project in december 2016.

In june 2016, i went to their hsr office for canceling the booking. But they told me that they will start the project within 2 weeks. Later i went and checked in sept. Once again the same lie. When i force them to cancel my booking. The real color of tgs construction came out. Now they are telling we don't have cash to payback you. Wait till january 2017, we will start the project.

I can guarantee you guys, they won't start the project.

We all needs to find a way to close this fraud company. Please lets join together.

I had booked a flat in Tgs Dallas in may 2015.. To my surprise it was a dropped project for which I had waited almost 1 year six months. In the month of June 16 I had cancelled the boot because of no construction of the project. I was issued 3 posted cheques for 7.25 lacs. For September 16 which got bounced. From then I'm running to their now & then I'm afraid I will get my amount of 7.25lacs. can anybody pls help in this regard.

With ref to above subject we booked 30x40ft plot in tgs mahalakshmi-2 at the time of prelaunching of that project and they committed to register within 12-15months from date of booking. they asked us to give 50% advance after a month and we paid. after that only they will give mou they said. but now 20months over still not even dc conversion is made to their name.in the mean time they given just mou copy for signing without landowner sign, i refused to collect that.
Pl take necessary action on this cheating company if possible pl close that company before cheating many people.

Tgs people are not giving the money back. Whenever we have asked for development they will say it will happen in one month or two month or they will say awaited for blue print.

Next time when we ask the same crm, then the crm would have changed. No proper response from them. Please suggest how to take back the money. They are not even giving the cancellation form.

I have booked a plot during december-2015 in bangalore saraswati project, kanakapura road, near ravi shankar ashram. I paid full amount of 11 lakhs. I was promised i will get my plot in 3 months time, but when contacted over phone i am being pushed from one crm to other. When visited their office in hsr layout, there is no proper feedback. My amount is in jeopardize. I am worried as there is no plot available any where near ashram,

I have booked the plot in bhagyalakshmi and flat in oakland project by issuing two cheque total sum of 10 lakhs as a post dated cheque but after booking they showed me documents after verifying the documents i am not satisfied as such i requested them to cancel the booking and return the cheque but they keep on lying they return within 24 hours but still now they have not return my cheques

I asha r had booked a flat at hebbal from tgs constructions pvt. ltd. when we cancelled the booking. they made us wait for about 15 days and then issued us post dated cheque for 60 days. now when we are trying to deposit the cheque after waiting for such long period, there is no fund in their bank account and their is no response to phone calls made to landline, mobile.

Never be fooled by TGS Constructions, TGS Kabballamma. I booked a plot by paying advance and on verifying the property documents found the documents are not proper and clear. So asked TGS to provide additional documents but they did not provide anything and started avoiding me (not taking calls, disconnecting etc.). They also said you need to trust TGS. Who will in the current scenario trust a builder or construction company when there are so many frauds committed by these people.
So went to their office and told them i want to cancel the booking that is when i got a shock that i will get back my advance money only after 90 working days. This is utter cheating by these people as i went for cancellation only when they did not provide needed documents to proceed further. So never even go to TGS as they are big cheats and frauds.

Saw an ad in news paper and enquired their office regarding their project at hsr layout.I wanted to visit the site as well as check the legality of the project. During my interaction with the company reps I was told to first pay the booking amount of 3 lacs and then collect the documentation for legal verification.I was a bit confused so I just slipped out saying I would arrange the money and get back.
By sheer coincidence while I was coming out of their office I met one of my relative who happens to have some kind of dealings with Tgs properties and I explained him the situation.The first thing he suggested to me was to stay away from this project as the property where I was said the project would come up was under litigation and this builder had no legal right over the property and they were just an agreement holder and no construction would come up at the property.

I was lucky enough to by not getting duped by these people.But others beware as it is their modus operandi to announce projects based on faked docs and swindle public money.

TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd, Located at HSR Layout Bangalore is fraud, fake and pseudo company.

Be Aware of company and their promises before handover any money to them. One day they will run away like Vijay Mallya.

I booked a plot at TGS Saraswathi Kannakpura Road on 15th Oct 2015 by booking amount One Lakh for 30x40 site.
Plot has been agreed on paper 7.5 Lakh including registration. TGS employee Mr. Harsha, sales department, signed the registration agreement

After one month TGS, another department who are responsible for property and customer relationship, completely denied the claim and agreement saying they increased the price hence new price 9 Lakh.
Now I have to make 50% payment which is 4.5 Lakh. (1 Lakh already paid during registration hence need to pay 3.5 L immediately).

They were not at all listening to me and ask interested to take money from me. Their unprofessional attitude, not trusting on written commitment by their own organization and money hunger behavior forces me to withdraw the project and cancel the deal. I did it immediately & instantly without second thought.

From here my struggle, stress and pain started and able to see the REAL FACE of TGS.
They asked me to wait for one month to recover the money they gave to landlord. Karthik & Majon, TGS another cancellation department, keep telling me the story and after one month I received Nov 2015 a post Dated Cheque that too after 4 months. Karthik told as per rule they have 45 working days guideline to refund the money. I got cheque dated as 29th Feb 2016.

I deposited the given from TGS cheque # 458841 from Axis Bank Account No [protected] on 01 Mar 2016.
Its bounced back on 02 Mar 2016. I called Karthik he told due to less fund cheque bounced back. Please represent it again.

I represent the same cheque again on 18 Mar 2016. Again its bounced back second times.
Now no body from TGS is receiving my call. They are disconnecting my call and no responding.

Hi I want know more about TGS Construction, I have booked a flat near channasandra TGS Sweden project, Can somebody tell me about this project,

I came to know about TGS through my frnd . TGS office and staffs looks good and giving details when we need . Me and 4 of my frnds booked the plot in TGS Mahalakshmi near Electronic city . From the company they told that the Board about the project and detail would kept by the month of june end, but till July 9th there is no progress about the Project in the mentioned Project land . Simply giving information that there is the Board in their another Project near Electronic city near TGS Gowri, But there is nothing in the Project place . It creates lot of doubt about the Project and the Company . There should be Some problem between the Land lord and the Company . I would like to suggest that the booking can be done only after the sale deed is done and register in the TGS name . The buyers kindly book only if there is Project details and Board in the place. Without any Proper details only keeping MU the company started booking.

Sir, I have booked site on 9.5.15 Receipt No.2087 from VSL Garden on advance payment paid Rs.2, 50.000 on 12.5.15 . i need document from your company, Mr. Shivaraj sent to me soft copy but it is not complete documents. Hard copy not received from your person so many time spoken to him response is very poor. who will give documents to me? to produced to lawyer. your staff not taken response ! kindly provide above subject immediately. if document clear i have to go further financial process for registration. I booked land plot of a size of 30 by 40 feet and that was in Kanakapura Road and then I asked for cancelling it as there was some change of situation in my family. I got my money back at the time they gave me that they will return it. I admit that was a bit late but their reps made me understand the reason too. Then again I opted for a land plot in Electronic City with TGS Layouts as the prices were really lower. I went and saw the work going on and is about to be completed. I am about to get possession.

TGS layouts, the best plot selling company still i found. They picked me from my home and show me the plot, which is in a nice location. From that location all communication is very suitable. I felt very glad when the sales person gave all the answer of my question. When it comes to the legal part they show me all the legal documents and which is very perfect as per my lawyer. I got the plot at half the price, which is in my budget. I appreciate all the team member of TGS for fulfilling my dream.

I will relate my experiences with TGS, which was quite satisfactory as i got my cheque of Rs.9 lakhs as a full settlement. I don't think this forum is getting used for right customers. No one will sacrifice their money to anyone. If that's the case, once after clearing their amount why they are not ready to share, if they are the actual customers.No one is acknowledge about the fact that they are receiving the cheques if they cancelled the booking. The company is quite prompt in giving back customers money.
