TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd. — No progress or refund of money invested in TGS Singapore project

Respected Sir,

I had booked a 2BHK flat under TGS construction for Singapore project on 12th Sept, 2016, booking form no. 9888.

I had paid total 6, 50, 000 INR in which 2 lakh paid through cheque no. 272212 (ICICI) on 12th Sept, 2016 and 4.5 lakh paid through cheque no. 272214(ICICI) on 23rd Sept, 2016.

The construction have not started yet and its office is closed due to multiple land scam by the TGS MD ( Sachin Nayak & Mandeep Kaur).
And, there is no further concerned person from TGS construction to update on the status or refund of the money.

I have already registered a police complaint in the madiwala police station since its been more than 1 month we don't have any further update or helpline number to get the status of the issue. So, please let us know the possible way to get our hard earned money back.

I have also registered a flat at Singapore however even I have not received any refund in this case. I have already placed a cancellation request in Jan 2017.

I too booked a flat in TGS Newyork Project and have done all the formalities including filing complaint in police station to going to court and filed vakalatnama.. so far dint get any notice about refund money. i too invested 6.5lacs
