yes these people are cheated me also, they took 1 lakh advance as booking amount, and they gave me some useless document copy of my booked plot, when i go to lawer, they said these documents are not at all proper, there are many documents missed out which is like mother deed and sale deed etc, and i am asking for documents since one month, they are always telling some stories, and they don't pick my call, still i am not getting documents what i need for legle opinion.

This TGS Company is fake real estate service provider, But this people are cheated me by giving the fake layout bluejay Mysore Road, These people are not MOU with Bluejay Authorities. i also booked a plot near electronic city paid i lakh. now i am confused. what to do.

Guys do not book any plot or Flat.. They are all fake. I checked with the High court lawyer. None of the property has been registered and nor approved. So be aware of booking of flat. Even I booked flat in HSR layout since I didn't get any response from them regards to land documents. It's like a dream GK, Dreams Infra and DS max. TGS company is one the most fraud company in the market of Real State. The main culprits in this organizations are Dilip, Nagshaiya, Shashirekha, Sidharth, Puneet and Sanjay. We booked one plot in Sri Sai Gardenia around one year ago. still I didn't got the signature from the owner. these guys repeatedly said sir we need one week or two week or one month time. now its almost 9 month+ and still we are waiting for the owner signature. When we booked the plot we got the call for every hour to pay the money and after that no call nothing. whenever we go there or call them, they will not come or pick the call. attaching one of the letter signed by Mr. Dilip on TGS letter head that if they will not get me the owner signature. they will refund my money back in 2 days. but now when we went there for the cancellation they again started saying I have to wait for another 45 days to get the money.

This company has really come out as a big fraud company. I have also booked two plots as tgs vinayaka & tgs saraswathi with booking amount 4 lakhs each.I am now confused & don't know what to do?
