[Resolved]  Thai Airways — Delayed my boarding

I was flying to china from hyd to guangzhou on 20th march 2016.
Ticket no-[protected] pnr-3dqmpd with valid return ticket but airline staff refused to accept for no reason. Saying ticket is not valid.
Thai - supervisor -shilpa was in-charge and not even to listen me at all.

I ask them to give in writing if ticket is not valid but refused. They all are stubborn and dont want to listen.

I want to know from you if everything is correct and these guys refuse to board what kind of action can be taken on them.

I should all valid proof of returned ticket confirmation.

They were not accepting that my returned ticket and want to take ticket again from make my trip.
