Thai Airways — lost baggage and misinformation

Traveled from sydney to bangkok and bangkok to delhi on 10 october 2018.
Final destination is chandigarh from delhi on private taxi.

The baggage of all 3 passengers did not arrive on 10 october

We were advised that baggage will come by 4am flight from bangkok on 11 october but noone is picking the phone numbers provided by thai namely[protected],[protected]

We 3 passengers are stuck in delhi because of lost baggage and have spent huge amount after the baggage is lost by thai.

Need immediate assistance with baggage and hotel, meal vouchers etc. As the fault is completely that of thai.

Callous attitude of ground staff as they donot even pick up the phone.

The vendor informed today at about 9 AM that bags will be delivered by 3PM today. At 3 PM they say we did not commit this. Highly unprofessional. You donot expect this with six bags of the family after travelling for over 24 hours.
