Tmt bus no 85 service is not regular so please make it regular

Due to the construction bus was not going towards to narpoli bus stop..but they charged narpoli bus stop fare..it's stop to devinagar only..now construction is over you have to retrieve it as soon as possible..bus should stop at narpoli stop..we a getting lots of problems for it.....

It's become most of day problems that buses are not following its time table.
Buses not ready to move on time instead it is standing ideal at stop but not move on time. Public standing half n hour in stop.

This become very serious issue, and public is facing this problem most of days.

We request you to pls take the seriously and run the bus every 15 minutes.

From Bhiwandi to Thane...

I have taken bus from majiwada to Kasarvadavli ganv but conductor denied to drop at last stop and said the last stop is Kasarvadavli Highway,
But the last bus stop suppose to be Kasarvadavli ganv request to kindly sensitise the staff in night at 10.09pm bus is dropping the passengers at mid of the highway.

In ticket it’s clearly mentioned that last stop is Kasarvadavli ganv, im taking this bus regularly

Bus no . MH04 KF-4044 was standing at the signal ( next to TMC Prabhat Samiti office) just before the main yashaswi nagar bus stop, only 45 seconds were left.
I saw doors opening for a passenger, so even i went ahead and knocked the rear door - conductor denied entry. So i went ahead and knocked front door then the driver also denied me entry and asked me to go to the bus stop.

Why such partiality? When just 5 seconds ago a person was given entry then why not after 5 seconds??

I took rickshaw & when ahead to thane station bus depo satis to make complaint against the driver & conductor. I explained them the entire situation, there they said, we cannot do anything you should board from busstop. I argued then why did they let another person board at signal?? For that they kept mumm...

This is not acceptable at all not expected of TMT.

I would like to draw your attention to the irregular bus service in our area. The buses never come on time and commuters experience a lot of inconveniences while waiting at the bus stop for hours.

I was on way to my office at Ice factory, Navpada when my scooty was hit by this TMT bus, no fault of mine. I had slowed down my scooty to cross the Hariniwas circle when this TMT bus hit me from behind. I was about to fall under the bus wheels if not balanced. Your driver very rudely called me 'Moushi' chala na pudhe. I thought he will get down to speak but speeded his bus away. This happened at Thane Hariniwas circle at around 10.50 AM, TMT bus number is MH 04 EP 4730. Bus going towards thane station. Please take necessary actions immediately or I will file a case against TMT.

I regularly travel to Anand nagar in morning but gets late due to less number of buses there in morning.
Afternoon time no one travels but there are so many buses but at morning when we need more amount of buses there are less number of buses send.

More than 50 people were standing in the line for more than 45 mins and the conserned person who was standing there didn't gave any kind of proper reply just saying that there is traffic in the road and many non AC buses were coming at the same time... There is a kind request to look after these kind of issues or else start giving some private bus services

The conductor & driver asks passengers to get down at majhiwada, chevknaka as last stop instead of mulund station. they say their duty hours are over. what about the passengers? they do it at night most. i am a single lady travelling & they said majhiwada is the ladt stop. how can they decide?...

There are very less buses for Thane Railway Station to Majiwada gaon route. Due to this frequency of buses are less. There is heavy rush in buses during peak.

Request to increase buses on this route.

Almost in all TMT buses plying within Thane City limits the Drivers & conductors do not open the front doors for the Senior Citizens to board / enter the bus at all stops except the starting point & force them to go behind to enter from the main door. As the buses are jam packed the Senior Citizens cannot enter or force themselves inside the bus. This causes great inconvenience to the Senior citizens to board the buses other than the starting point.
There is valid rule in this regards but the drivers & conductors do not obey / follow the same.
Request kindly instruct all drivers & conductors to strictly follow this rule else implement disciplinary action against those who violate the same.
Also kindly put in measures to monitor whether this rule is being implemented by all drivers & conductors at all stops except the stating point of the TMT buses.

The TMT AC bus conductors refuse to give 50% discount in the fares to Senior Citizens & Divyang persons having valid TMT Senior Citizen ID Card, while travelling in newly inducted AC buses for local routes within Thane City limits, citing that they have been given such instructions by the TMT authorities, without any information in this regard being displayed any where nor any kind of communication in this effect to the subject passengers.

On the TMT valid ID Card 50% discount in the bus ticket fare is mentioned. It does not say anything that the discount is applicable to non AC buses only.

Also If the rates of bus fares are compared with BEST AC buses the TMT AC buses rates are as it is double. In BEST AC bus for first 4 kms the bus fare is Rs 6 for all passengers.

View above you are requested to kindly continue the 50% discount for Senior Citizens & Divyang persons with valid TMT ID Card in AC buses plying in Thane city limits with immediate effect.

Waiting for the 8.20 am bus at Kasarvadavli gaon, bus is at front o[censored]s but driver is not moving the bus from the bus stop. Facing this issue everyday

Dera sir/madam,
I am travelling from Ramanagar wagle estate to kopri Thane East, but bus no.111 is always comes late & that's why I miss my office bus everyday .
Not only me but all the passangers are facing this issue, bus is not on time, it is there in the depot, it goes to depot at 10:00 am but it returns at 10:40 am daily, ..it's should return at 10:15 or 10:30 atleast...we are waiting here more than half an hour. Please help us

Hi, Good Morning, This is to inform you that, i have experienced misbehavior of Conductor Bus No- MH04HY1257.Today morning I have travelled from Thane Vrindavan bus stop at 9.30 am and boarded bus from front door being pregnant jss one step away from actual bus stop entry point . Where as there was no queue, no standing or no crowd for bus . But was so arrogant that conductor was about to get me down from Bus . Condoctors are public servants and for help of people.This kind of behavior with Pregnant women is not acceptable .Please take action against him.l& please revert to my complaint.

I take the bus from patlipada and i told to give me ticket to D-mart. So conductor hand over the ticket from MANPADA TO ANANDNagar Gaon. I just ask him why he charging me excess ticket... But at that moment he is miss behaving with me. And saying go and complaint about it.

Bus number 56 takes too much halt more Than 30 mins at its end stop Tikuji-ni-Wadi. 3 buses are accumulated at stop same time as it does not departs on time. Buses at thane station are less due to it and not on time. Please take action against it.

Kindly reduce lady reservation in buses and just keep reservation for old people men and women, disabled people, women with children and pregnant women. The ladies misbehave or speak rudely with men sitting on the ladies seat which is very embarrassing to the them and truly unnecessary and un-deserving. Please make it happen.
