There is a need of starting more buses from Thane station to kasarvadvli and back. We have to wait for tmt bus for hours. No proper management of bus coordinator from thane station and kasarvadvli depot. Horrible service.

There is a bus which leave at 6.40am from kasarvadvli to thane station. The driver is so lazy/slow/mannerless that he is not bothered if the passengers reach late to the station. He drives so slow that a buffalo can overtake him. He closes the front door and makes people wait in the rain. No humanity. Arrives always late at Kasarvadvli bus stop. When raised concern he shouts raising his voice at a lady. Ask him to sit at home if he is not interested in driving.

Road are bad conditon jn khidkali jignyasa society and near shiv shankar residency

Pot holes are there and lot of bricks and stone

This is to bring to your notice that one of the bus number MH-04-HY7020, this bus driver was not properly driving the bus due to which he crash my car side mirror and also misbehave with me along with using abusive language, i have taken the photograph of the vehicle as the driver was rushing after the incident, my car got damaged and i have to bear the expenses of Rs 5390/-, i want the claim and strict action to be taken against the bus driver, if any action is not taken then i will lodge police complaint against the bus driver

The bus driver and conductor everyday refuses to depart the bus everyday in the evening pretending that there is huge traffic jam while there are full bus of people waiting.

I made my TMT student bus pass 4 days ago. I am using that bus pass to travel from last 3 days. But today i.e 12/07/2022 I was denied using my pass by bus conductor. The bus was just departed from ANAND NAGAR BUS DEPOT that time so I was the first passenger in that bus. After getting on when I showed my bus pass to the conductor, HE DENIED ACCEPTING IT. HE TOLD ME THAT HE NEEDED TO UPDATE THE TICKET MACHINE...

As i observed from last one months their is no bus on time at all, Peoples are waiting for half hour to one hour, as i seen there is old people are more than young, young people have energy, money to get saprate auto/share auto but old people are wating and waiting, pls look ing this matter reset time table we are saying bus should be come on time but atleate in late
Case we will wati for 10 min

Pls do need full and sort out this problem

Daily Traveling to Nitin Company From Bhiwandi
Many Time Buses Not Stopped At Stop also they are not came in Bhiwandi.
They are diverted train from bypass.
9.45 buses many time late either cancelled.

Dear Sir,

Bus no. MH04JK1870 started from Brahmand at 7.30 Am. The bus is still near Lawkem due to heavy traffic jam. Requested the conductor to divert the bus from the main road to service road. Now the time is 8.25 Am. He is not agreeing stating rules and regulations of TMT. However other TMT bus which were behind us has proceeded through service road. Please do the needful.

I was travelling yesterday and noticed Bus Registration No MH04 G8208 leaving a lot of black smoke. It seems to be a old vehicle and is polluting the environment and resulting in breathing issues for the public.

Please get the bus issue resolve or remove such polluting buses from service

There are very few buses available for Brahmand people from Thane Station. The buses arrive after every 30-45 mins which is really pathetic. People get late sometimes to reach to their houses/offices. I request you to allow Brahmand Bus No . 62 to come after every 15-20 mins. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

TMT Bus # MH04KF0081 driven by driver with Batch # Satara 77399 brushed against my car at Majiwada Signal. Day & date: Wednesday, 29th June 2022 at approximately 08:45 hrs. The bus was sharply turned towards the right and the rear right side of the bus brushed against both my left side doors and side mirror creating a dent & bus colour was rubbed. Driver ran from the signal & he was stopped by chasing him just before Cadbury flyover. Driver not only denied the accident but blamed that it was done by me somewhere else, although evidence was present. Incident was video tapped by lady conductor with batch # Thane 97952. My vehicle # MH04HF6838 besides me having taken the pictures.

Bus service is extemely poor for routes like Koshet which are growing very fast but service is still poor. There are long quest at railway bus stand during evening and average wait time is 30 minutes daily.

Since last 2 Day's Mumbra To Majiwada Bus is Not Coming at Morning and also in Evening From Majiwada To Mumbra...

I use your tmt bus service to get to the office everyday. But on the way back at night, not a single bus stops at Garibnagar, Ghodbunder Road. So Nilaja has to walk to Kasarawadwali or choose another option.
This time around 5.50 pm, while waiting for the bus at Garibnagar stop, the bus proceeded without stopping. When I got on the bus near Vadavalli Naka signal, the bus driver did not allow me to get on the bus. And irritated, he told me to get on the bus at Vadavalli Naka bus stand. As I was getting there to catch the bus, the bus driver hurriedly left the bus stop. The incident took place today, June 19, 2022 at 6:05 p.m.
Please take note of this, and ask the driver to use proper language with the passengers

Hi, bus service is very poor at haware city in the mornings especially bus come and it won't start immediately they take a break for 40 min and then they start the bus.. please respect our time we also do have our own commitments if you can't provide services make it clear we'll find a Alternative source but here your are wasting our time and energy and it's not a free service that you are offering so please request you to look into this matter it's a problem faced by all the people starting from haware

1. FREQUENCY OF BUS
I daily travel to wagle estate from Vartaknagar, since there is lack of mulund bus frequency so facing issue of too much rush and delay for other works.

2.NEGLIGENCE
Sometimes Bus driver won't stop bus at bus stop even though there is no rush or enough place for standing. same incidence happen with me today Bus no is MH04EP0852 at 09:03 AM.

3. BREAK TIME
My Parents are daily gone to physiotherapist at dharmaveer nagar mostly there timings are after 12PM, so everyday after treatment done its almost 2'O Clock and they never get Bus no. 122 after waiting for 1 to 2 hours.
we saw that at afternoon after 1 PM directly at 4:00 pm there is bus service start so is there 3 hours of breaktime granted to them?

Kindly look into above issues, It has been problematic to all but mostly aged one.
Please resolve the same on priority.

I want to ladge a complaint on bus driver and bus conductor of TMT bus no. 58 which travels from Mira road station to Thane station. I am travelling daily from Mira road to Thane court. I standing on bus station and showing hand to stop the bus but bus driver neither bus conductor stopped the bus and its happened many times with and others also from Mira road to Thane. I have seen many others people who are struggling for this and this continues...

Yesterday I was traveling by bus no. 65 from borivli stn to thane. The bus departed from borivli at about 6.50 pm. When the bus arrived near teen hath naka, instead of stopping the bus at Stop which is after the signal the bus driver asked to get down at the start of flyover. This spot is very risky due to heavy traffic. Further it becomes difficult to cross the road.pl let me know the act of driver of not stopping the bus at bus stop is correct

From last 6 months almost every day morning 6.50 bus from Vrindavan bus stop leaves late. This bus comes from depot.
Though other buses are there controller not able to swip other bus against this bus
controller do not have complaint book also
