Bus no 111 ramnagar bus had not stop on iti stop I was waiting for more than 30 minutes, bus was late 20 minutes late, the bus driver didn't stop on the stop I was running behind the bus the bus driver and the conductor had seen me even though they had not stopped the bus

If you don't know how to run a bus please don't provide services

There went 4 to 5 buses for other places each... but not a single bus for Lodha and Majiwada... are there no people staying there!?.. this is such a nuisance...

Their is no adequate bus facilities for kolshet, more thane half hour public has to stand for buses & if the buses comes also most often buses does not stop for many stops. In the evening also after 7 pm buses had frequency but during 6 to 7 no buses are available.

TMT Bus No 12 Just Waiting At Pawar Nagar Bus Stop At least 3 to 4 bus just waiting not moving towards to station they are timepass that's it morning time we wait for a long time because of this buses

Bus driver didn't stop the bus at bus stop he took bus ahead that we have to run for catching bus I have my mom with me she is very old she also have to run and after I said them why didn't you stop bus at proper bus stop bus conductor and two more people with her started arguing and yelling at me and when I ask her for ticket she refuse to give me ticket and said I want change i will not accept your 50 rupee note just get out from bus and a man behind me he given her change of money she was giving sarcastic smile they even stop bus in middle of road I am very dissatisfy with this kind of behaviorI hope you will understand and take strick action against them

This is to compalin about the extremely crowded Nalasopara bus no. 69 which departs from Thane station at around 8.20 am daily. The time interval for Nalasopara to Thane station buses is 1 hour so this particulary bus gets very crowded with regular office goers and additional crowd on daily basis. People have to stand for more than an hour in the crowded bus to reach their destination. Covid times are making it harder to travel daily.

So i request you to kindly look into this matter and increase the frequecy of Nalasopara bus no.69 to 30 mins interval from 7.30 am to 9.30 am and 5 pm to 7 pm for better crowd management and convinience of public.

I was travelling from the tmt bus (mh 04 hy7619) on dated 4 February 2022 and the conductor and driver talk to me so rudely because I had no change my travelling charge was 15 and I had 105 where there was a hundred and one 5 rupees coin so in its half way they told me to leave the bus and conductor was fired on me then one unknown person gave him my travelling fee to him I m still thanking to that person.but this should not happen this is ridiculous

I would like to request the thane municipal transport that the freuency of bus number 110( pawar nagar to mulund) is very less and those which are there they too are irregular and not on time. As a college student of kelkar college it was important for me to reach my college on time, but sometimes due to delay in timing of bus i failed to reach college on time. so i kindly request you to increase the frequency of the bus 110 and also look upon its irregularity.

Today again bus driver has completely ignored people at bus stop. 5 persons kept waving hands to stop bus but driver ignored all as if he is driving his own personal vehicle.
Again this is to mention that this is only second bus stop once bus has started from terminal. Even bus is empty, driver has developed habit to ignore customers despite he is just a public servant.

I was travelling fronm manpada and then lady conductor in a kapurbawadi for a ticket i dont have a change of 200 she had but she just give a ticket and she said that u will get ur left balance in a depo the way she talk i think no one should travel in a tmt the way conductor treat we are paying fir service not a travelling in a free

Dear sir / madam

At bus stop of having more then 6 buses stand at thane station CIDCO.

But they are not realising on time.

I caught the bus from, castle mill(thane -west) till Patlipada(GB -road).
But the ticket provided to me was from civil hospital to dongri pada.
And on asking the conductor about this, i was said that, it is considered that only.
Y is it so?. The fair will also change because of this.

Again today bus has not stopped at its second bus stop from departure. Bus was not full but driver didn't stop the bus

Bus driver of above mentioned TMT bus didn't stop at bus stop.
We were two persons waving hands to stop the bus but driver denied by negative head waving and bus went without stopping.
Initially I thought bus would be pack but as Bus passed from stop, we observed bus was not full and could have accommodated 15-20 more people safely. Even though, I don't understand why driver didn't allow two persons to board the bus.
We passengers reply on these public transportation services and plan our commute to office but because of one such act of driver, we loose confidence and be doubt that this bus will stop next day or not.

Handling the bus simply on own mood is not in line with the responsibility of the bus driver.

I need reason why that driver didn't have sense of his responsibilities for his service.

I asked for ticket from kashi Mira stop to jangid circle (Jammu kashmir bank) and first he gave me the ticket to Mira road station (3km a head) and then the attached ticket which is starting 3km before my start and end one stop prior to my destination.

Further he started abusing and above that telling "ke isko police me Jama Kernan padega."

Is the ticket from kashimira to jammu and kashmir not available?

He is not less than some gundaa.

At MullaBaug stop, there is Metro work going on.This has led to all enclosure and barricades being absent.Waiting people are exposed to running Highway traffic.
Request authority to take appropriate action to avoid Risk to human Life.

Hi sir/mam this is to bring to your notice that from thane west railway station to brahmand there is no proper bus timing at night when I come from office I have to stand for 45mins to 1 hour for the bus when we enquire about the bus timing in the bus enquiry department they don't give proper answer and just say "bus aayega" if we repeatedly ask them they just treat us like any beggars so kindly please adress my problem it is not only my problem alone thanks in advance.

There is no bus service during 8.40 am to 9.20 am in the morning from vrundavan society / 2nd Rabodi bus stop, Thane west. Kindly arrange the same during morning peek hours to avoid inconvenience for passengers. Let the passengers reach out on time to their destination.
Kindly take this on high priority & do the needful ASAP.

Buses are not arrive on given stipulated timeline

As per timing chart of TMT Buses, it found that every bus arrive 15-20 Min.

Need to Improve bus frequency.

Request you to please intervene and resolve the complaint.

There is no regular bus facility from Kasarvadvli thane ghodbunder road to thane station. People are waiting from 6.30am and there are no bus facility from kasarvadvli to thane station. Find it very difficult to travel. There are plenty of bus from Anand nagar but there are no people to sit in the bus. Why this discrimination in kasarvadvli stop. There are 100's of people waiting for the bus but very poor facility. Very sad condition from thane station also. No buses for kasarvadvli. 1 bus after 30minutes not fair.
