The conductor reduced the trip of bus number 88 and ends it at kalyan byepass only, usually the route is till Shivaji chowk, Bhiwandi. On asking why he rudely reply why u have boarded the bus and starts using bad words.

I am a citizen of lokmanya nagar and i often travel by TMT daily. There are not enough buses from lokmanya nagar to thane station. After 1 bus the other bus is after half hour. The bus controller also don't listen to the travellers when asked to arrange bus or why is bus delaying so much. There are no fixed times for bus, bus never comes on time for lokmanya nagar-thane station. Please ask the controller to keep more buses for lokmanya to thane station and vice-versa as people travel frequently.

On 30 April 22 bus for hawre citi on 1.45 pm not came to hawre it has been released from Anand nagar depot to Thane station

I came with Anand nagar depot bus from hawre Citi to Anand nagar signal.and catched 61 no bus for station from Anand nagar bus stop.only

Vehicle no MH04 EP-712, Anandnagar no [protected] 82118, date 13-04-22, time 06.45.13 64B Normal 99/4, ticket Anand nagar to Majiwada naka stop - Tatvagyan Vidyapith.
The matter is that I was getting down at the given stop and before getting down the Driver started the bus and ran away, and I fall down and met with accident, got heavily bruised at hands and near stomach, The conductor from inside has seen but neglected the same, they did not opened the front door and was asking everybody to get down from backdoor, what a fraud TMT drivers and how this type of persons get recruited, who is responsible for my accident and what if this could have been major, the driver and conductor after seen i have fall down they ran away with the bus. I know they will not get punished as all team members are fraud. What a fraud website a 3 mb file not getting uploaded whereas it is saying max 32 mb can be uploaded.

I use the 65 AC bus daily from waghbil and am charged 65 rupees but today even after much debate the conductors refused and charged me a ticket from manpada at 75 rupees. Paying 10 rupees extra is not the point, people, especially government employees cheating the general public is despicable

The bus driver and the conducter were busy chatting and were driving so slow that a distance of 4-5 mins took 10-15 mins.

Address: Thane West bus stop

I was travelling from the tmt bus (mh 04 hy7619) on dated 4 February 2022 and the conductor and driver talk to me so rudely because I had no change my travelling charge was 15 and I had 105 where there was a hundred and one 5 rupees coin so in its half way they told me to leave the bus and conductor was fired on me then one unknown person gave him my travelling fee to him I m still thanking to that person.but this should not happen this is ridiculous

I would like to request the thane municipal transport that the freuency of bus number 110( pawar nagar to mulund) is very less and those which are there they too are irregular and not on time. As a college student of kelkar college it was important for me to reach my college on time, but sometimes due to delay in timing of bus i failed to reach college on time. so i kindly request you to increase the frequency of the bus 110 and also look upon its irregularity.

Bus stop : Paras shopping center
Bus arrival time : 8.05 am

Today again bus driver has completely ignored people at bus stop. 5 persons kept waving hands to stop bus but driver ignored all as if he is driving his own personal vehicle.
Again this is to mention that this is only second bus stop once bus has started from terminal. Even bus is empty, driver has developed habit to ignore customers despite he is just a public servant.

I was travelling fronm manpada and then lady conductor in a kapurbawadi for a ticket i dont have a change of 200 she had but she just give a ticket and she said that u will get ur left balance in a depo the way she talk i think no one should travel in a tmt the way conductor treat we are paying fir service not a travelling in a free

I caught the bus from, castle mill(thane -west) till Patlipada(GB -road).
But the ticket provided to me was from civil hospital to dongri pada.
And on asking the conductor about this, i was said that, it is considered that only.
Y is it so?. The fair will also change because of this.
