At Brindavan bus depot, driver parked bus rashly damaging the car at 9.45 am. But when questioned, he was very rude and over smart and has asked to complain in the attitude that nothing will happen to him. Bus number MH-04 KF-1754. The driver of MH-04 KF-1751 interfered without not knowledge in between and provoked argument using abusive language. Bus drivers being government employees have attitude that wrong things are allowed for them. Kindly take action.

10.15 च्या दरम्यान खारेगवला येणारी no. 88 ची बस गेले चार दिवस थाबवत नाहीत.

There is no bus from Pawar Nagar to Thane Railway Station from 5:20 am to 6:20 am on November 25, 2020. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the passengers

I am at Thane station waiting for Boriwali Bus since 6.15pm now 7.45 pm there is no Bus in between there is 3 bus gone for Mira road why this is happening no board or number on bus

Wat is gap between to bus for Boriwali don't know... If I ask service person here they replay you can get down at kashimira and go by another bus why you waiting ... Is this a joke or what

What should we dow

दिवा ते ठाणे बस असताना देखील कळवा पर्यंत च सोडतात आत्ता शील फाटा इथे 3.30 तास झाले उभा आहे आत्ता पर्यंत 10 दिवा बस गेल्या परंतु एक सुद्धा परत आली नाही पाठीमागून गेलेल्या वाशी बस गेल्या परंतु अजून या बस आल्या नाहीत

I am writing to you to lodge a complaint against the BEST Bus driver of MH04-HY-1764 who hit my car today on 20 Oct 2020 at 15:09 Hrs. Location- Near My Jio Store, Shop Number 09, Ram Nivas Marg, Navpada, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Thane West, PIN 400602

My car was stop & was at zero speed when BEST bus driver of MH04-HY-1764 banged my car badly. I clicked the photograph of the bus & Bus Driver & Conductor.

Requesting you to investigate the matter & take necessary action against the bus driver. Because of such rash drivers the life of citizens is always at risk.

I would appreciate it if you would inform me of the action taken on this complaint.

I was travelling in TMT bus vide regn. No.MH04 MY 7023 from Mira Road to Thane at 11.45 am.
In spite of bringing in the notice of conductor, that two person are sitting together on one seat, he did not bothered and reacted rudely with me and my colleague.
He angrily reacted saying, "tum tumhara kaam karo, humko mat sikhao".

Kindly take necessary actions against him.

I received wrong Echallan on Aug 19 for my car no MH04JV3514, but unfortunately till date I am not getting any resolution from respective authority

I travelled from Borivali to Thane bus no.६६.
When asked to conductor of this bus he says, Chalta hai..

Want to travel by route 120 from mulund east to vrindavan society at around 3 pm today. Tried to call at[protected], given as customer care number on tmt website, but found to be invalid.
No other number is available on website....

Both are different buses but fare is same 42

Today 03.09.2020, I took bus from Khopat (Thane) to Sudama Regency (Diva)- bus no MH04-G-8173 @ around 7.00 PM. The behaviour of bus Conductor was very poor, he behaved like illiterate person and throughout the journey he used abuse language with people (now and then used to say "Mardarchod" "Sala log" and "Behchod").

There is no bus top in between from Shil Phata to Diva Station (distance is 5 K.M.), When I reached to my destination "Sudama (Diva)" I asked Conductor to stop the bus but he again used abuse language and said "kya re sala idhar bus stop banaya hai tu ne, I replied there is no bus stop from Shil Phata, then he again used abuse language and said "bus nahi rukaunga" I urged twice with him to stop but he denied then the driver suddenly stopped the bus and conductor pushed me from bus, thank god I did not fell from bus.

We are every day facing such kind incident in buses, please take necessary action specially with bus conductor of bus no MH04-G-8173.

The Worst Conductor's the conductor take money from me and not given ticket ani forced me to leave that bus

I travel everyday in between Cadbury junction to mulund station. Everyday single time bus fare was Cadbury junction to mulund station ₹. 5 but today I travel bus no mh-04-hy-7015 from Cadbury junction to mulund check naka bus conductor charged me ₹.10 it's to high bus ticket fare charged taken from me. These bus conductors allows passengers to seat together in the bus it's very dangerous to all passengers n including conductors n drivers. Pls inform n take strick action to these bus conductors it's very danger situation of covid 19.

The conductor is talking abusively....

No busses from diva to thane..
We are standing at bus stop since 7:30 am and now it's 8:30 till now there is no busses and huge crowd in this covid 19 situation..

It is to be noted that the state administration vide its order dated 31/05/2020 and amended order dated 04/06/2020 has categorically permitted opening of private sector establishments wef 08/06/2020...

The undersigned resident of anandnagar (Kasar vadavli) works for a pvt contractor serving jnpt which comes within the meaning of the defintion of essential service. However, the conductors insist that only govt or municipal employees are permitted.in the return leg, all buses are terminating at khopat and not a single bus towards ghodbunder rd thereby burdening our already burdened pockets with auto rickshaw fares..

It is important that the staff are given correct instructions, as no circular or corrector has been issued preventing employees of private sector establisments to desist from going to office.

Please urgently revert with details of the corrective action as well as email addresses and mobile of the concerned officer of the tmt.. Alternatively, the undersigned will be constrained to complaint as well as initiate litigation for being prevented in discharging my employment obligations...
