Dear team,
We have face lots of issues while traveling as bus used to take 30 to 40 minutes gap after each bus. Due to this crowd for one bus increases hence more people used to go by standing.
In every bus there is rush its really difficult to travel. And in rush time go by standing from thane to bramhand it require 40 to 45 mints please thing on it how people traveling. It only due to not having prper management and because common people are suffering.

Request you to please increase the frequency of buses

Tmt 126 - rbi (Bkc) - hiranandani estate bus - 5.30pm

Authority - its been observed since almost a month that - tmt 126 ac bus which starts from rbi (Bkc) - hiranandani estate bus of 5.30pm skip the mtnl stop bkc because of which i am taking 6'0 clock bus which comes around 6.35 - 40pm at the stop... Is this bus of 5.30pm stopped functioning from last one month? Please confirm.

Its very tiresome to reach around...

Illegal parking of 9 autowala regularly parked their auto with the permission of bus depot watchmen. It is find out that watchmen took money from them to allow them park their auto inside bus depot. On asking about parking watchmen said the parking is of staff members. Please immediately take an action on this matter as soon as possible.

The azad nagar bound bus at 10.45 from station was packed. When i told the conductor why you allow people other than those in line first, he tells rudely ' me kahi nahi karu shakat. Tumhi office la complaint kara' and briged further with me. I was in line for half an hour and did not get seat because he allowed others to enter. फुकटचा पगार देता तुम्ही कामं कोणी करत नाही

Bus jevha depo mdhe astat tevha laksh theva. Jevha tya seat vr ekhadi mulgi kinva bai basel tevha tila kiti laj vatel. Mala suddha vatatey. Conductor ani driver tr bus madhech astat na te suddha baghtat. M te ka nhi kahi bolat?? Kinva kahi action ka nhi ghet?? Jari te nastil bus mdhe pn jevha te yetat tevha tri disatch asel na m tevha ka nhi kahi kart??

Mh04 ep 740one conductor misbehaved and abused me which caused mental tourture while boarding the bus from mulund dumping road onroute to bhiwandi bus at 11.15 am on 20th july 2019. The young cunductor having wheatish complexion with slight beard bisbehaved and threaten me to get out of the bus. How dare he say that. I want strict action against him.
He is suppose to be on contract.

A huge big traffic is occuring at nadinaka shelar bhiwandi to borpada ambadi wada road only due to completely ruined road/ completely damaged road due to no maintenance of road.
People are facing extreme problem due to this because it is 18*7 days traffic. Request to look into the matter and help in resolving this issue.

Date 11 july 2019. The tmt bus going to anand nagar does not stop at designated bus stop muchhala college and vijay garden bus stop inspite having passengers taken ticket for these two stops. The bus purposely change the route and take shortcut from wagbill naka to the anand nagar depot every day in night. Note they take this route for their own convenience so that they can wind up their duty asap and not for passengers convinience.

Dear sir/madam,

1. Buses don't come on time to kharegaon, due to which buses are delayed to leave from kharegaon and their are heavy crowd gathered to travel from 1 bus.
Buses get full packed in kharegaon itself, due to which passengers who are traveling from dattawadi, sahyadri, manisha nagar and kalwa naka are effected.

2. Buses don't come on time and controller tell us the bus timing.
Question is how does he decides the timing and what about the buses which had missed the time. He don't have any answer and scream on the passengers.

3. It's almost 2-3 year no new big buses are available in kharegaon.

4. Buses are kept in row and don't release immediately. Controller manages as per his own time.

5.in evening from thane station we have to keep waiting for hours, because frequency of buses in evening are very few.

6. Vrindavan, pawar nagar, anand nagar buses are running empty back to back, then why kharegaon people are affected.

Request to senior management to look into the issue of buses in kharegaon.
I recommend to do a legal inspection at kharegaon at 7.30-10 am and provide us good service.

Pls find attached photo of pimplas bus stop which is in Mumbai nashik highway. 4 days I m facing problems TMT 88 nos bus driver not stopping in this stop even hand showing by customer. They show not seen as we are suffering this problem daily.

This is to request you kindly take strict action against this driver and customer.

Hello sir/madam,
As per schedule (Tmt) the bus should start from runwal garden bus stop of its 1st trip to thane station by 6.55 am followed by 6.55 am. My complaint is
Since 45/50 days not a single bus came in the scheduled time of its 1st & 2nd trip i. E 6.35 am & 6.55 am.
As i have inquired with the visiting supervisor at runwal garden bus stop he gave me following bogus information (As follows)
1- the driver & conductors are in contract basis we can not force them?
2- they are getting less salary

Is this the way? Where is the management to look after these issue. As a residence of runwal gardern city as well as a residence of thane.. Request to look these kind of answers.. From supervisor.

2nd ly what is the reason the buses of tmt not coming in the scheduled time as 6.55 am & 6.55 am.
For your information sometime i can see 3 (Three) buses coming at a time??
Where is the management?

I want to complain for bus no 112 lodha paradise to thane railway station. It was noticed by me that bus leaves on time from lodha but when at the time of home return bus was not maintaining it's scheduled time as per tmt. Tmt making fool to public and i was waiting everyday around 1 hour for bus but time of bus in every 25 minutes is scheduled by tmt, please see to it and do punishment to tmt staff by resignation there are lots of capable staff in india. Please resolve problem as soon as possible... Kind request from sincere citizen of india. Otherwise i would write complain letter to ias of thane or respected cm of maharashtra

I travelled in bus no:62 on date 27/06/2019 from rmall at 9:24 am, after travelling some distance i buyed the ticket... For thane station, the conductor was not giving... Ticket to me saying that you had buyed the ticket late and... Also he force fully get off the bus... @ vidyapith bus stop. When i resist to take off from the bus he made the bus to stop. And said if i don't get from the bus he we will not start the bus.. And also used vulgar languages to me... I think you should take quick reactions... About this problem because getting of from the bus is a major issue as you cannot get off from the bus... Force fully.

I'm Kiran working at corporate office - Ashar IT park Thane. Everyday I leave by 9.00 or 9.30.
And travel by TMT bus to mulund from Ambika nagar bus stop..

I have observed many times on this bus stop bus driver not stop buses...even after raising or waving hands. Today I was standing at bus stop and one bus came from lokmanya nagar (Bus no. 102) and I waved hand to stop bus. Before I get in to the bus... driver started a bus..as if like he don't have time to stop... Hadley a 2 second he stopped bus. And Manny time this happened... Bus number " MH 04 G 8102".
So many drivers are in hurry and they ride a bus very fast and harsh... Sometimes but didn't come 30 to 45 mints and all of sudden 3 to 4 buses back to back... Nobody is following time table. And they reach mulund station so early and stop that bus before last stop...and when times up they stop at station stop...

The bus no. Is 12 and Bus skip the bus stop around 1.06 PM Date :- 19-jun 2019. Bus speed very fast and it's don't stop at vashat Vihar stop. We wait for long time for bus.i don't have any photos.

Its happened frequently take the strict action about some. Why it's happen ?? What is your system and rule??

GPS tracking of TMT buses is now stopped. Please restart the GPS tracking of bus.This will help increase your revenue and also convinient for commuters. So do the needful ASAP. By this passenger can track the location of moving bus at bus stop. He will aware at what time bus will reach that particular bus stop. It was showing on TMT app now it is stopped. GPS means internet tracking of moving TMT bus....

Dear Sir, I am a regular passenger of TMT AC bus services on routes AC 126 to BKC and AC 65 to and fro Borivali. Today despite my request, the bus driver badge number 28281 Nasik did not stop on my regular stop of Siddhivinayak Tower despite my request, I stood near exit one stop before. I am of age 49 years and highly disappointed by such irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff.

I request strict disciplinary action against the irresponsible driver. As such they stop in between number of places without any bus stop to let passengers alight and getting down and shockingly on regular stop they don't stop.. I can provide photo of my ticket and also badge number of the driver..

Today I boarded tmt bus no. 58 to meera road from muktai nagar at 5 pm, I wanted ticket till vijay garden / batata company.. and the bus conductor gave me ticket from thane station to vijay garden without asking me from where I have boarded the bus.. isn't it's his duty to ask from where I have boarded the bus.. and after telling him he dint even changed the ticket and unnecessarily I paid more amount which was not my fault at all... Bus no. Was MH 04 JK 1908.

As per Thane muncipal transport they state that bus no 34 and 10 their route should go from Neelkant depot and then gawand baag upvan. But today I catched a bus from thane station bus no 10 the conductor and the bus driver told me that the route has been changed. Bus no 10 does not goes to neelkant depot it directly goes to upvan. But after 10 minutes another bus 10 came from neelkant depot and then arrived at upvan last stop. This is truely not acceptable as Thane muncipal transport passes the rule and see ur people only dont follow the rules. Like after paying money we dont get to get down where we want. I have the bus no from which i arrived and faced this problem. MH 04 G8083. I want strict action to be taken against them. The bus reached upavn at 12.20 pm in the afternoon on 7june 2019. I also have the pics of driver and conductor who started arguing with me but not accepting his mistake the pics were not able to upload as the it has limited upload capacity
