Dear Sir, I am a regular passenger of TMT AC bus services on routes AC 126 to BKC and AC 65 to and fro Borivali. Today despite my request, the bus driver badge number 28281 Nasik did not stop on my regular stop of Siddhivinayak Tower despite my request, I stood near exit one stop before. I am of age 49 years and highly disappointed by such irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff.

I request strict disciplinary action against the irresponsible driver. As such they stop in between number of places without any bus stop to let passengers alight and getting down and shockingly on regular stop they don't stop.. I can provide photo of my ticket and also badge number of the driver..

    Today I boarded tmt bus no. 58 to meera road from muktai nagar at 5 pm, I wanted ticket till vijay garden / batata company.. and the bus conductor gave me ticket from thane station to vijay garden without asking me from where I have boarded the bus.. isn't it's his duty to ask from where I have boarded the bus.. and after telling him he dint even changed the ticket and unnecessarily I paid more amount which was not my fault at all... Bus no. Was MH 04 JK 1908.

      As per Thane muncipal transport they state that bus no 34 and 10 their route should go from Neelkant depot and then gawand baag upvan. But today I catched a bus from thane station bus no 10 the conductor and the bus driver told me that the route has been changed. Bus no 10 does not goes to neelkant depot it directly goes to upvan. But after 10 minutes another bus 10 came from neelkant depot and then arrived at upvan last stop. This is truely not acceptable as Thane muncipal transport passes the rule and see ur people only dont follow the rules. Like after paying money we dont get to get down where we want. I have the bus no from which i arrived and faced this problem. MH 04 G8083. I want strict action to be taken against them. The bus reached upavn at 12.20 pm in the afternoon on 7june 2019. I also have the pics of driver and conductor who started arguing with me but not accepting his mistake the pics were not able to upload as the it has limited upload capacity

        I'm afraid buses running for the route to Narpoli from Cidco are scrap did you check quality buses.

          Bus have been left before time people who come on time they do not get bus because buses are left before time and staff who work in these bus services do not behave properly they back answer people and don not provide proper information they dont have any manner to how to talk to girls young conducters dont talk properly and there usually lack of buses as per official time table atleast buses should be keft on time or please edit the time table

            I got tmt bus to anand-nagar from borivali station around 9:30pm bus conductor give me ticket with written amount 13 i asked him for printed ticket i said ticket machine is hanged (Not working). I was in hurry, this happens when i reached near to my stop. I think he is taking money for himself by fooling people.
            Bus no was mh-04-hy-7632. Im not sure about '7632' i dont remember exact but someting like that

              Today i am standing on chatrapati shivaji maharaj sankul bus stop at kasheli at 09.45 am. All nmmt & tmt bus take this stop. At that time bus no 85 (Mh04fp 326) arrived towards bhiwandi side. All passengers redy to pic up bus, but bus driver did not stop bus on bus stop, he stop bus bus 200mtr from bus stop. What is this? Tmt bus for public or time pass of tmt staff. Please instruct bus driver for give better service. Otherwise public use other way like auto, private bus for travling.

                Very very poor service from tmt. Route no 77 bus never run on time. There are total 7 buses, but it's very difficult to catch any bus on time. They mentioned every 25 min schedule time, but you will get hardly any bus by spending more than couple of hours. They are execusing to each other, but nobody taking any responsibility. Is there anybody from tmt to take action on this and run service smoothly without any delay.

                  frequency of buses from thane station to kolshet

                  Frequency of 98 and 95 from thane railway station to kolshet is extremely low. Whereas there are many commuters for the same route all have to face lot of trouble and force either to wait or travel by auto.
                  Moreover lot of construction is happening in the area so traffic is going to increase dramatically lot its better to prepare in advance
                  Kindly increase the frequency of the bus atleast in office hours...

                  The new drivers and conductor of our transport service are doing very bad with the passengers.
                  This experience has come to passenger many times.
                  I am a resident of the vasant lowns and your tmt stop is there by the name of hardas nagar.
                  Today, when i was traveling from kopri to vasant lawns (Hardas nagar), i asked the bus driver of bus stop, mh 04 hy 7625, to stop the bus.
                  Driver said "excuse me, do not stop the bus here, land at the majhiwada naka," said the complainant, and the bus refused to stop.
                  Yet mh 04 hy 7625 time 15.34 the request is given to give the correct understanding to the driver and take action.

                    Today morning i cached tmt bus from sai-baba bhiwandi to saket. As on ticket clearly mention that bus will halt there. But today driver does not stop the bus there, and bring me majhiwada. When i asked then he told me that, there is no bus stop. As i aware bus is getting halt there everyday i told him that i will complaint you regarding this. Then he started argumenting with me. When i clicked his pic he said to me take pics and do whatever you want. Kindly look in to this matter.

                      Ticket conductor sitting under 3 number stop of thane bus stop, not responding properly and not telling proper bus number to the passenger those who are newly in mumbai, to whom we ask regarding buses if this persons are responding and he has worst talking.. He is not responsible towards his job, simply sitting is not a government job..
                      Please take a strick action against this request.

                        Sir i mrs indira regular traveller from satis to lodha complex around 3.35hrs bus in the afternoon, sir most of the time (9/10 times) buses to lodha complex are parked away from nominated bus stop and passengers are asked to run to the buses parked. It is very dangerous for thr elderly people and people with small kids to run in between the buses passing by. Drivers and conductors are very rude and refuse to bring bus to the nominated stop. Will the administration take any step against such errand drivers before any mishap happens

                          The tmt bus for waghbil village (51) have lot of irregularities in their schedule during the peak hours. One bus departure from thane station around 8:30 pm and another one at 10:15 pm. There is no bus in between this time slot. Everyday they gave reasons of traffic but at the same time they depart the buses for other location on same road like hiranandani, kasarwadavli, patlipada, bramhand, anand nagar, ovala, bhayandar pada, boriwade village.

                            indecent behavior with physically handicapped person

                            I am a physically handicapped person having a valid tmt free pass. I tried to board bus no.112 from thane station to lodha paradise. Scheduled ar 8.20 p. M. On 23.04.2019. I requested the conductor and driver to allow me to board the bus from front gate since being the rush hour there was heavy rush. They out rightly refused me and said no one is allowed to board from front gate. I showed them the pass issued by tmt, but they kept arguing...

                            Bus no 69 (Mh-04 hy 7918) route from kopari to nalasopara
                            I was charged rs 21 when i took bus from nitin company around between 2:55 pm to 3:00 pm in the noon and asked for sainath nagar stop, and when i was given the ticket it was showing some other stops after which i asked conductor batch no: 13472 why the ticket shows teen hath naka to shri ram hospital which is four stop ahead of sainath nagar and this was done with some other passengers who took bus from nitin and wanted to get down to sainath nagar. The explanation to which he gave that is how it shows nothing else, where else i always travel from tmt to sainath nagar and never had such issue. Please resolve the issue it is a very big problem if this is how it is done. I am attaching the photo of that ticket and also the snapshot of your stops which reflects in m - indicator. I have attached two tickets one is mine and the other is for the other two passengers who took bus along with me.

                              22/04/19 mrng i travelled thane stn (W) to patlipada from tmt bus. Actually i have no change so i gave 100. Rs to conductor. And he asked 7. Rs more. I also gave the 7. Rs change. Then he gave the ticket. But he not gave the balance amount of rupees 90. Rs 10min after i asked to him pls give the balance amount of 90. Rs. But he told. I have no 100. Rs note. That conductor is saying. You said that you did not give. So pls action this like stupid conductor. I have he photo also...

                                Today i have catch bus from dahisar check naka to teen hath naka bus no 65 (Ac), this is the 3rd time driver has drop us near the teen hath naka flyover and when i told him to drop me at bus stop he told me we have a order that we cant go from down from 6 pm to 9 pm, as it's a traffic time, my wife is expecting from 7 months and the driver is not ready to go as per the rout, i request you to kindly take action against the complaint.

                                I have to go to brahmand to catch the bus(no. 122).

                                When we going from thane to Upawan Gawand Bag. Next to Upawan Wheeltas Bus stop two Places But when we want to back from Gawandbag no bus stoped there. Bus Driver told bust stop not here or they are not interested to take passenger. Please take this matter.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I would like to inform you that on 16th April`19, I was waiting at TMT Bus stop (ST WORK SHOP) at mid sun, 12 noon to avail a bus to come at Majiwada. I am a senior citizen of 69 years old and it was troublesome for me to wait for the long time as in this route, the frequency of the TMT Buses is too low.
                                  (1) The bus no MH04 -EP 0838 of Thane station – Manorama Nagar arrived at about 12.15 hours but the driver did not halt the bus in the Stop (i) Although I showed my Hand (ii) The road was with traffic and hence it was in slow speed and I could knock the door of back side, but the Driver Did not bother to halt .
                                  (2) The bus was not at all crowded.
                                  (3) It was stopped near the signal and I ran away after the bus to get inside by risking my life.
                                  (4) I knocked the front door and the Driver opened the Door.
                                  (5) I asked him “why he did not bother to stop the bus at the stop? “
                                  (6) He started arguing that whatever he did, it was quite justified. He even told me several Times “do whatever you like, I don`t care”. He also told me that “he could not have allowed me to come inside the bus at the mid of the way”.
                                  (7) So many passengers who witnessed the incidence also supported me and they scolded the Driver, but the Driver (a young man of 30) was too arrogant and going on argument till Majiwada stop.
                                  (8) The Conductor also tried to cool the matter telling that “Sir, forget it”. But the Driver was not in a position to accept his fault and was irritating all the passengers.
                                  Sir, the whole thing would have been cooled if the Driver could say” Sorry “to all the passengers! He did not have any remorse for his wrong doing!
                                  I would like to request you sir to Counsel, train and educate and to punish that foolish Driver in Khaki that (i) It is his duty to halt at each & every stop and to pick up the passengers. (ii) TMT has invested so much money on the buses to serve the citizens, who pay fare and the staffs get the salaries! (iii) TMT has not started any Charity to pay the salaries of the staffs at free of cost, but it comes from the pockets of the public only. (iv) Let that half qualified Driver must not think that he is the boss of the passengers while on steering and he can not do what ever he likes. (v) He must not argue with any passenger especially with the senior citizens who are 10 times higher qualified that him.
                                  Hope, you are kind enough to stop such indecency in the TMT services which is not very popular among the citizens because of such rogues in the staffs.

                                    The single most horrible bus line i have had the misfortune to wait for this past decade ever since the service started. They know they have customers/commuters for that line and yet they run about 2 buses an hour if that officially. Unofficially, ever alternate bus gets cancelled and the next bus pulled up out of turn, making the commuters life hell.
                                    If they can schedule 5 buses for vrindavan in half hour they can very well aleast run the scheduled 2 buses per hour for lodha
                                    Lack of horrible service is all that is asked which i believe is more than reasonable.

                                    The bus service from thane station to lodha complex is very poor and irregular for the following timings:
                                    20.00 and 20.10. Large part of office commuters and student community is suffering due to the absence of bus for these timings.

                                    Sometimes the gap is more than 40 minutes of waiting time. The entire route is very badly managed.
