The bus service from thane station to lodha complex is very poor and irregular for the following timings:
20.00 and 20.10. Large part of office commuters and student community is suffering due to the absence of bus for these timings.

Sometimes the gap is more than 40 minutes of waiting time. The entire route is very badly managed. This is getting too painful and ordinary citizens are suffering

    Morning 10:15am tmt bus from bhiwandi pipeline to mulund. Bus driver are irresponsible. Last 3 day we are facing the same. At the time of driving they are talking to some passengers. We dont have problem with the that bt that time they do not focus on driving. 2 time we face emergency brake. Lots of old ladies fall down on floor. Plz informe. I am not disclose name of driver

      Dear sir,
      I am working from last two year in kolshet area. Every workers from construction site left from job after 7:00pm to 8:30pm. After 6:00pm no bus coming on proper time. Also less count of bus. Every workers spend 25rupees to auto because of no proper time of bus. Look into it sir and at least send bus 6, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8, 8:30 on regular basis. So we don't waste time.

        मी वरील नमूद दिवशी व वेळी टी.एम.टी. बस क्र. ८८ या बसमधून मुलूंड स्टेश ते भिवंडी येथे प्रवास करीत होते. बस मधील एका प्रवाश्याने माझ्यासोबत गैरवर्तवणूक केली व त्याबाबत मी बस कंडक्टर यांच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले तरी सुध्दा त्यांचेकडून मला कोणत्याही प्रकारे सहकार्य मिळाले नाही. त्या प्रवाशाकडून अनेकवेळा माझ्यावर खेकसून शिवीगाळ केली, मला ढलण्यासारखे वर्तन केले. त्याचा प्रतिकार व माझ्या बचावासाठी म्हणून मी आरडाओरड केली परंतू वरील नमूद बस कंडक्टर यांचेकडून मल कोणत्याही प्रकारे सहकार्य मिळालेले नाही.
        तरी, आपण आपलेस्तरावर वरील नमूद बस क्र. MH04-HY-7617 वेळ रात्रौ 19.59.04 वा. जे बस कंडक्टर होते, त्यांचेवर कारवाई करण्यात यावी. जेणेकरून यापूढे महिलांवर होणारे अशा प्रकारचे अन्यायावर आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांक�... महिलांना संरक्षण मिळेल व त्याबाबत आपल्या बस मध्ये प्रवास करणाऱ्या इतर महिलांनाही सुरक्षितपणे प्रवास करता येईल.

        I don't think there is any timetable which is followed in Mira Road, I never got bus on time, Kindly look into this if there is any responsible person in TMT.

        A Daily Frustrated Commuter.
        Few days earlier I took bus from Thane Station to Wagale Industrial Estate and before the journey gets complete the bus got jammed and today on[protected] the same thing happen and on both days I have to take rickshaw and complete my journey so Now i want the money of my ticket back. I have preserved the ticket for future reference.
        WhereISMyTMTBus android application showes bus No. 58 from Thane to Mira Road Station MH04HY7617 available for my journey, so I keep waiting for 30 minutes at Vijay Garden bus stop and the empty bus crosses the bus stop without stopping. Please note down the bus number 'MH-04-HY-7617'
        The corrupt driver kept the lights off of the bus and escaped.

          Today, 7th march 2018, i was waiting for tmt bus at mira road station, as per timetable it should leave by 10:00 am but it came late, and it started off at 10.25 am. Is there any one in tmt who keeps track of his timings. What i've observed at mira road, when bus reach here, they go for a break for tea/coffee, if that break is for 5 mins, it's understandable but generally it takes longer than that. Please audit here and regularise it so that people reach their office on time, please value our time also.

          As per driver & conductor of TMT bus no HY 1760 bus no 52 no get hoult on majiwada naka stop for last 2 years . While as I m daily travelling all TMT buses stops at same stop. Regarding same issue both are arguing with me. They doesn't stop bus on majiwada naka stop . They drop me in between the highway. Kindly raise complaint & share call id no.

            Bus no 70 taken from vastu anand chs to kalwa naka but fare charged from retibunder to chendani. Here ticket also attached for ready reference. If no option for selecting actual bus stop on handheld device, then it's no use for servicing wrong fare charged. Cheating by tmt.

            Dear concen,
            I have a problem regarding inappropriate timing of TMT buses from mulund station to Wagle aagar... I waited for 1.30 minutes at mulund station for bus..I didn't got it. Even today I waited for 1 hour. Still I didn't get the bus. Please provide proper buses with timing mentioned at bustop.
            In between traveling the ticket checker enters the bus and starts the ticket checking. The conductor did not reached the last seats and the ticket checker told me and another passenger to pay fine of Rs.113.00 else we would be taken police station.

            As we were already late for office had to pay the fine. We request you to justify the matter.
            Almost daily there is one AC 65 bus which goes in full speed and doesn't stop at owala bus stop. Today it happened around 7:05am.
            After waiting for several minutes in office hours if it happens it frustrates.

              I am a resident of "old ramdev park, landmark ram mandir, ramdevpark rickshaw stand, mira road east 401107.
              I am having problems with stray dogs in this area, as they cause a lot of disturbance... Barking all night long and the worst part is they are increasing in numbers day by day...
              Please send some dog catchers and provide a solution for this as it becomes difficult to have peace in the area, as well as there is a fear of children getting bitten by dogs while playing.

                Tmt bus no. 88 from bhiwandi is coming late every day of 2:30pm is coming till 2:45pm without any traffic, and also 2pm bus is leaving early timing is of 2pm and they leave bus stop at 1:55pm coz of them we getting late. Today it is late by 1hr and there is no traffic as per google map, it is every issue, and even after coming late they are saying they wont go till last stop they are going till majiwada only not till mulund station, they are coming late we suffer coz of them...

                  Tmt conductor batch no 102010. Instead of requesting people to move forward, he is showing rude action to move forward. When i interrupted him he says "my mouth is of leather i will not tell every one to move forward. If you dont like then dont travel in bus. Go and complaint anyone." is it the way to speak? Isn't his duty to politely request everyone to move forward. If not then is it his duty to make rude action to move forward. 1 girl was standing ahead of me he didn't said her to move forward. A discriminating rude people are not needed to serve us. Using public transport is our right and we don't come to spoil our day by such jerks. Please look into this.

                  Im travling in lodha paradise bus 112 on date[protected] bus no mh04EP2629 time 17.04.45

                  Driver and conductor dont know stop of majiwada. Driver directly stops bus to lodha. And hi takling rude as he is new. So requst TMT that provide training and maps of stops to driver outwise don’t take such people

                    On 9th Jan 2019 i travel by AC 65 Borivli to Thane Teenhath naka. I am told to get down at the corner of the Teenhath naka fly over. Driver did not listen to me & other commuters, Shouted on us to get down.While back borivli evening at 6.10 pm Bus no MH 04 EP 455 driver showed me finger and told me to get down at the corner of Gokul Anand flyover.

                    Kindly take action against driver who do not follow rule.

                    Bus has to stop at Registered location.

                        Good morning!!!
                        This is one of the public representative. I would like to convey my message to tmt officials, kindly look into below matter.
                        I am travelling from virar to thane - wagle estate on daily basis. I choose public transport for the same. Daily i catch a bus from thane st. (Which is starting point)
                        I have to onbard tmt bus no. 06 which is for wagle agar, but it is observed that if thane st. Is 1st stop to onboard in this bus, there are many other people who seats before this stop.
                        Today 19 dec 2018, eagerly when i asked the conductor of this bus (Mh 04 - ep 753), he said those people are staff but in front of me 4-5 people took the tickets from him.
                        So if this is the situation, my question is why common man has to stand in bus line, why the conductor is not capable to handle that situation.
                        If the staff is also sitting from depot then why can't common man can onboard? Why tmt can not arrange some other transport to their own employees for one place to another?
                        This problem is particularly with mh04- ep 753 (Wagle agar). When we asked him to give his batch no. He denied, it means he did something wrong, which is not good sign for other people.
                        A common man is totally depending upon public transport.
                        Kindly look into this matter, its a humble request.

                          Respected sir,

                          I wish to know the stops that bus no.51 takes after waghbil naka. I have to tell the driver to stop the bus at vijay nagari to get down at vijay nagari stop. This has been my experience for over 2 years that when i take 51 no. Bus from thane, and after it crosses waghbil naka (Which is usually below flyover and also at naka), the bus doesnt stop at (Old) vijay nagari stop. This happens especially at night. The conductor doesnt ring the bell after waghbil naka. Besides, the driver has a mirror above his head. He can very well see who is standing at the door to get off. But driver also doesn't stop at vijay nagari. Recently, i was told vijay nagari stop has been removed/does not exist? I wish to confirm the same with you? Please let me know after waghbil naka, where is the bus supposed to stop.

                            Daily i am traveling from kasarwadavali thane to gautam nagar andheri in bus now. 125 today 1 incident happend with me my route ticket is 95 rs today i gave 500 rs note to conductor and refund only 5 rs saying once i get change will refund your 400rs then while getting down i asked him for refund rs 400 then he refused to refund my amount

                              I had taken the tmtu bus - 78/3, c725, mh04 ep776, anand ngr to bharat gear today 12/12/2018 morning 10:40am from parsik nagar for mumbra railway station, i was dropped before the mumbra flyover and not at mumbra railway station. Few das back also the conductor asked the driver to take the flyover to avoid traffic underbridge at station. Is the mumbra railway station bus stop before the flyover or outside the railway station underbridge. If that is so then the passengers are dropped before bridge to avoid traffic and made to walk to station. Please look into the matter.

                                Im sanjay yesale. This text is submitted because i face problem via traveling through tmt bus. Date 10th dec 2018, time14.40.27 bus=anandnagar#[protected]/c608/mh 04 ep 848.
                                The problem i faced was, i get in the bus at gookulnagar and i get out of bus at kapurbawadi. Is that make any sense he gave me ticket from civil bus stop to manpada.

                                  I have been at thane 2-3 times a week.
                                  However 111 bus is never on time.
                                  5-10 min. Late is understandable, but sometimes bus is 20 min. Late.
                                  How can we rely on bus service.
                                  12:20pm bus is yet to be arrived and now it's 12:32pm.
                                  Now it has became a daily scenario.
                                  Everyone i ask the authority at bus stop, they say bus will be here in 5 minutes.
                                  Please reply and take action.

                                      Dear sor/mam,
                                      I am resident of bhoomi acres. I am really thankful for providing valuable bus service at bhoomi acres circle towards thane station. However, we find frequency of these buses should be increased; at least in morning and evening time. We have most of the people travelling to thane station and it would be really helpful if we get buses plying for half hour. Right now it's really difficult to wait for one hour for the buses.

                                        My self and my wife travelled to thane from borivali. We boarded in ac bus 65 numbered as mh 04 ep 504 started from borivali station at 9:45 pm.
                                        My hands were full of luggage and my wife is 8th month pregnant lady and getting down from auto which was park ahead of bus and bus driver continuously ponk horn and cheap fellows of this bus driver and conductor asked me to catch another bus.
                                        I have argued them 30 sec is getting delayed for both of you and wife boarded in the bus.
                                        Driver started bus in very rash and my wife was not catch the seat because front seats are full and we are about to locate the seating, driver does not have basic sense at least for pregnant lady passenger. We really feel very bad about this behaviour of driver.
                                        Through out all the journey bus driver was in a hurry mode and not following the trafic signals. It seems like he was in so hurry to end up his shift.

                                        With this approach of govt servants, public will lose the confidence safe travel in buses as well..

                                        I know there will not be any action taken for this because you are working under govt sector and taking salary and not for owning the accountability and responsibility. If you are not considering this as a request, there is no point of running this complaint boxes in portal.

                                        Finally, worst tmc service and pathetic behaviour of few drivers and conductors..
