Today while standing on cadbury junction to go to mankoli morning at 9.40 am 2 bus of 88 no both came at same i just missed the first bus and saw 2n bus on cadbury signal and waved my hand to stop but he didnt stopped i was highly disapponted... 2 bus comming on same time and commuters didnt get its benefit as the bus was also empty so whats the use of this transport plz do proper systematic arrengements rather than just operating the services for a loss of public money

    Theft of lost baggage - from thane main bus control depot

    Dear sir,
    I ashish m. Lonare, was travelling in bus no:4 from lokmanya nagar - thane station on dt.13-jun-2017, however while coming out at last bus stop i. E thane station i forget to take my baggage.
    On enquiry with conductor, it is found that the conductor mr. Parikh ([protected]) told that he has deposited the baggage at thane bus control room and kept it hanging there and show it to the on duty staff mr. Pathan.

    Bus no. 77 time slot 9.15am this bus is never on time. It is some time cancelled or is highly delayed... Further sometime when this bus arrives the driver and conductor decides to leave this bus before time some times it 9.05 or 9.10... It is never left on time... This has been a regular practice. When we spoke to the conductor they don't have anwers.in last 1 week at least 4 days i and other passengers have waited for almost 50mins to 1hr for 77 bus resulting in delay in reaching our destination. Tmt assures to have this bus every 25 mins however they have not stick to their commitment... We do not have any point of contact to do an enquiry also... It is such an inconvenience for us to travel from tmt 77 bus route due to their in consistency in managing the service.

    Conductors are never fix with the rates.From Palava to Reliable plaza sometime they take Rs.23 or sometimes Rs.25.
    Yesterday i traveled from Mahape Naka to Reliable Plaza they took fare as Rs. 13.
    But today they took Rs. 21. Bus timing were same as Yesterday The bus reached Mahape Naka at 9:20am around.
    I dont remember the whole bus number but 1255 was the end.

    I would like to bring into your notice that route no 78 bus Wagle depot to Bharat gears via civil hospital route has been changed to via thane station.which is causing much problem to regular traveller of bus it takes 2 hours to reach Mumbra instead of 1 hour previously.     I used to board this bus from Lodha Heaven around 11:55 am. This bus is never on time. Many a times either gets cancelled or is highly delayed. I also thought of changing the bus to a prior one but kept waiting. The timings of this bus are not available anywhere hence its highly uncertain as to when this bus will arrive. Sometimes I have also wasted almost 2.5 hrs waiting for this bus. What's the use of running this bus if it wastes commuters time and people are unable to reach their destination on time.
    77 is an great bus to travel to rabale but most of the time the driver don't stop at desai naka stop this has happened to me 4 times in last 10 days it creates lot of inconvince please look into it sir.

      Hi i'm stay at ramnagar road no 28. There is tmt bus no 111 running. This bus is not comming time to time. Every day bus getting dealy by 1 hour. What the hell with that services. There are notice bus can come every 30 min what the meaning of this. And control room don't have comman sence regarding how to arrange bus. That this reason people get frustrated and catch private vehicle​. It is not affect us it get affected tmt budget every day tmt loss 4000 to 6000 rupees for above reason. It is not one side loss. It affect both side please look at that issue.

        My name is trilok sadhwani and i stay near upvan lake. My bus stop's name is upvan (Voltas)
        There are two buses that go from this stop. 10 and 110
        One goes to thane station
        One goes to mulund station
        I usually board the thane station bus.
        It never runs on time.
        Today i waited for 45 minutes for a bus. Bus timing chart says 4 busses in 1 hour.

          Hi,

          This complaint is about Rash Driving of Vehicle No. MH04EP774 dated 15-May-2017 at 11.55 am between Borivli and Kandivli.

          I was in the first lane and the bus was in the second lane, I was going ahead when suddenly the bus came on the right side, I looked at it and applied urgent brakes which controlled my car other wise it would have rammed in to my car for sure. I then overtook the bus and stopped it little far from there. He explained that there was a bus so he took immediate right without looking in to the right, but that is not the way to drive, if there is something he should have stopped it straight there.

            Dear sir
            We have been fed up waiting for thane to kolshet bus.. Please increase bus frequency up here. Its not like earlier times.. Now number of residents travelling has increased 10 times in last 10 years.. But bus frequency is still the same. Our nearby bus stop is vrindavan.. V literraly see 4-5 busses in line.. And in dat the last 1 or 2 busses carring merely 5 people.. What is the use of that?. We have to wait for 20-25 mins for bus to come?..in dat to if v are behind in line.. Den v gotta leave that bus since its already full. And again wait for 20 mins like idiots.. Secondly, der are vry few big busses for our area.. I see around at depot.. Every other destinations have big glass type bus.. And here v get is smaller bus. Atlist look at the public ratio now..

            Then ur officials..1-2 people would come in queue for tickets.. Ders no ata pata of bus.. But ticket pehle.. And wen v ask about bus ther answer in extremely rude way is "te tikde vihara, amhala mahit nahi"..

            Daily between 6.30 to 9.00pm, commuters have to shout and remind tmt officials.. Dat its more dan 30 mins, atlist now send a bus. To whic der answers are.."bus ali tar pahije... Saanga tumhi tmt adhikaryana.. Bus vadhavtil te loka.. Amchya haatat naahey te.. Te tumhi kela pahije.. Patra patva nagarsevaka tumcha".. What kinda [censored] is dis.. And at that time v see vrindavan bus with 2 passengers in it..

            I have no idea whether this cinplaint will wake tmt.. But im just ttying on behalf of fellow commuters. Please, requesting you as people are extremely fed up now.

              No bus service to transport.
              This left the passenger stop signal at 7.30 pm at Cadbury was down as the passenger.
              I had tried to stop the bus before the bus stop before the bus driver was not looking forward to this car.
              I will file a complaint to your control point 8.4 of the morning, but I immediately went down on the train from the station to catch my bus. Sending down the bus driver photo and bus no.

                Hi, i am a regular traveller of tmt ac 65 bus. Two problems we are suffering from, everyday below
                1. Men sit on ladies seat, while women are still standing, conductors do not intervene and tell them to leave the seat.some buses the are already torn out.
                2.passengers shout on phone with loud voice, isnt it the duty of conductors to ask them to talk in normal voice??, so that fellow passengers are not disturbed.
                3.wifi is always off, if facility is provided, it is supposed to be ON.
                4.Tmt bus stops does not have proper shelter to stand for ppl in sun or rains unlike best buses.ppl suffer in summer and rainy seasons for this.

                I am looking forward to hear from senior tmt official with appropiate action.

                  Bad road condition kasarvadavali naka to euro school thane west

                  Hi,
                  My office is at Mulund, I take 126 BKC -Hiranandani bus through and fro to work . While coming back home the drivers of 126 never stops at the Bus stop they will always stop it at the right end only if there is any passenger to get down. We have to dance across the traffic and run behind the bus . Every day I have an altercation with the driver. He is supposed to stop the bus at the Bus stop. He will give an excuse of Traffic, Everyday there is traffic so they will never stop how does the other Buses like Best stop there. Why do you have a stop there if you guys dont want to stop at the Bus Stop. Please find a resolution to this. You cannot give an excuse of traffic for not stopping at the Bus Stop. Yesterday a senior citizen fell while running across the road to catch the Bus. Would you take responsibility if someone lose their life.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Today, bus no 484 LTD MH01AP0980 was coming from Vasant vihar Fata bus stop road towards Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, I was taking a right turn from the left of the circle to go to Vasant vihar Fata bust stop road, at the same time the bus came and stopped very close to me. At that time I had 5 small children between age group 5 to 10 years was sitting with me in the car. If bus breaks would have failed at the same time we could have lost our life. Why such impatient drivers are on the road to risk peoples life and property.They have no respect for traffic rules or road safety. The driver also demanded that i go from further left which could have put more pedestal walker in danger. Instead of being polite and sorry the driver was so rude that abused me which in turn provoked me to call him names.
                    Sir, we equally pay the taxes for this roads and its safety. If the driver would have followed the way to the right of the circle to go right it would eased the traffic.
                    Today a reason /question been asked, nothing happened to you then why are you so angry? So are we waiting for something to happen that will end up destroying citizens life?

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                      I have been regularly travelling by TMT AC buses between Borivali and Thane stn for last many months. While quality of buses and staff helpfulness is above expectations, the non-availability of cashless payment option mode for ticket has been a cause of concern.

                      Since the fare of AC bus is not small (Rs 80 for each way), it is difficult to produce Rs 160 as change money everyday (for 2-way movement), especially after demonetization scheme announced by Govt. of India. I would like to highlight that your competitor NMMT AC buses have started offering ticketing option using mobile (Ridlr app) as well as using swipe machines for debit card. Increasingly, I see commuters choosing to go by NMMT bus for same route or indulge in quarrel with conductor due to non-availability of cash.

                      Given Government of India's push towards cashless society, I request you to make some option available at earliest. Thanks.

                        I was travelling by tmt bus route nbr 57 - regn nbr mh04-ep-752 on 16 nov 2016 morning from patlipada stop to marathon chowk stop. travelling time was 9.45 am to 10.30 am approx
                        Bus is supposed to stop at marathon chowk stop (teen hath naka).
                        However, since there was traffic at the marathon chowk traffic signal, the driver bypassed the bus-stop and went over the teen hath naka flyover.

                        I requested driver to go as per normal route but he was rude and refused.
                        I therefore had to get down at next stop and walk back long distance.

                        All tmt bus drivers must be instructed that they should not bypass bus-stops and go over the flyovers for their personal convenience.
                        This particular bus driver has to be instructed not to be rude to passengers.

                            26th Oct 2016 time around 7:30. I travel from kisan nagar no 3 to Nitin company fare was 30. When I travel back from Nitin company to kisan nagar above auto driver meter show 65rs. Which is double the usual rate distance was showing 3.8 km. I ask him per km fare he said it's 18rs per km. I ask him it's too much but he insist to pay 65rs. it's rude. I took photo of his side auto no. After talking to him I also realise he was drunk too. Please take action

                              There was earlier a bus plying for the above referred route which has been stopped. We are facing huge problem in commuting from kharegaon to kisan nagar as there are offices which start and 10 am and this bus would suffice our requirement. But since this service is stopped we have to face huge commuting problem.

                              We request you to start your above service immediately. Many kids have to attend their college at that time.

                              Please do the needful. Also there should be a bus for every one hour for to and fro travel ie from kharegaon to kisan nagar and from kisan nagar to kharegaon.

                                Please do maintenance of buses. Very unclean buses. Leakage in buses. Even electronic boards also not working.in night sinior citizens are not able to see properly this hanging boards on windshield. Increase number of buses.
                                Increase routes like dombivli, kalyan so revenue can increase also non ac buses should start in mumbai region also.
                                Comparatively nmmt and best tmt buses are very knackered. No maintenance third class buses.

                                  Today 29th aug'16 i traveled by tmt ac bus no. 131 (Bus registration number : mh43 h 5374) from borivali to thane. It left the 1st stop i. E. Borivali station at 845am. Everyone got into the bus in a queue as we always do. However when i went for the last available seat on the bus, the lady refused to give me the seat claiming she had reserved it for her husband who got into the bus later than i did i. E. He was behind me in the queue. They started arguing that they were husband wife and hence needed to be seated together, they had a bag etc.
                                  How can someone reserve a seat like this? It is clearly a first come first serve case while travelling in a public transport. They were uneducated lot of this country and not civilized at all. Courtesy towards women was out of question.

                                  The same was brought to the notice of the conductor on the bus mr. Tukaram jadhav. He simply smiled and said it was your look out. I had to travel a distance of 1hour minimum and it wasnt right for him to push the matter away like this. It was highly irresponsible of the conductor to mention something like this. They are responsible for a cordial travelling and not just there to collect tickets.

                                  I would request authorities to take strict action against this errant conductor. How will they learn otherwise. I penalty to one will make others realise their duties. Also they should be trained and informed that they have the power to do the right thing. I hope some authorities will look into this.

                                    What have you done so far tmt management m... You get bloddy n no of complaints you bloody management persons. The tmt bus service people how much we should tolerate them, theres a thing called patience in each o[censored]s, what patience we should show for this m — fuc. Management. They should be treated the same way they treat the passengers patience. Dont have time maagement (I wonder if they nowthe word time). They should be banned, rto should step in and check the condition of buses, its worst then the haunted. I wish they should keep there own vehicles too in the same condition. See new mumbai bus service and buses are of good quality, tmt should feel ashamed of them themselves being the neigbour tmt has brought buses from scrap yard. They will oneday have to repend as they have made the common man time suffer like anything. This about the bus service and also there routes (12). Nowdays even the route no plate have gone for repairing so they use any damn no plate this is especially for route no 12. And make the people or the passenger suffer like anything. The attitude of the bus service man has and is also like the scrap yard buses which they use.. These type of practices should be boycotted or banned. Rtos please check if these buses are outdated then why are they plying on the roads still. Its been out of control of the common mans thinking. Being late for 2 to 3 days we can understand, but here the picture is different its overcrowded everyday including holidays, not a single day we find empty. Addition to it severly latelatiff everyday evening in night when there is no crowd absolutely. Its pathetic journey to travel by these type of buses. People reach thane station within some 30to 45 mintiutes depending on the destination they board the train from but reach home every single day by around 2 to 3 hrs late in addition to the train journey time. Try to resolve the issue asap. Or you will get more of gallis in fullform.
