Today 29th aug'16 i traveled by tmt ac bus no. 131 (Bus registration number : mh43 h 5374) from borivali to thane. It left the 1st stop i. E. Borivali station at 845am. Everyone got into the bus in a queue as we always do. However when i went for the last available seat on the bus, the lady refused to give me the seat claiming she had reserved it for her husband who got into the bus later than i did i. E. He was behind me in the queue. They started arguing that they were husband wife and hence needed to be seated together, they had a bag etc.
How can someone reserve a seat like this? It is clearly a first come first serve case while travelling in a public transport. They were uneducated lot of this country and not civilized at all. Courtesy towards women was out of question.

The same was brought to the notice of the conductor on the bus mr. Tukaram jadhav. He simply smiled and said it was your look out. I had to travel a distance of 1hour minimum and it wasnt right for him to push the matter away like this. It was highly irresponsible of the conductor to mention something like this. They are responsible for a cordial travelling and not just there to collect tickets.

I would request authorities to take strict action against this errant conductor. How will they learn otherwise. I penalty to one will make others realise their duties. Also they should be trained and informed that they have the power to do the right thing. I hope some authorities will look into this.

    What have you done so far tmt management m... You get bloddy n no of complaints you bloody management persons. The tmt bus service people how much we should tolerate them, theres a thing called patience in each o[censored]s, what patience we should show for this m — fuc. Management. They should be treated the same way they treat the passengers patience. Dont have time maagement (I wonder if they nowthe word time). They should be banned, rto should step in and check the condition of buses, its worst then the haunted. I wish they should keep there own vehicles too in the same condition. See new mumbai bus service and buses are of good quality, tmt should feel ashamed of them themselves being the neigbour tmt has brought buses from scrap yard. They will oneday have to repend as they have made the common man time suffer like anything. This about the bus service and also there routes (12). Nowdays even the route no plate have gone for repairing so they use any damn no plate this is especially for route no 12. And make the people or the passenger suffer like anything. The attitude of the bus service man has and is also like the scrap yard buses which they use.. These type of practices should be boycotted or banned. Rtos please check if these buses are outdated then why are they plying on the roads still. Its been out of control of the common mans thinking. Being late for 2 to 3 days we can understand, but here the picture is different its overcrowded everyday including holidays, not a single day we find empty. Addition to it severly latelatiff everyday evening in night when there is no crowd absolutely. Its pathetic journey to travel by these type of buses. People reach thane station within some 30to 45 mintiutes depending on the destination they board the train from but reach home every single day by around 2 to 3 hrs late in addition to the train journey time. Try to resolve the issue asap. Or you will get more of gallis in fullform.

      To, The Commissioner, Thane, Dear Sir, / Madam, this is to inform tou that The TMT (non a/c) bus services from Thane stn West to Mira road as well as Thane stn East to Mira road are being shut by local officers without any reason.after 8:25pm onwards. Regular passenger travelling back to Mira road has to pay hefty amount for BEST the alternate services which is again too much croudy and not safe for old age people. There is no responsible person available to answer that why the regular bus services are being stopped. They only tells that ab bua Nai ayega.. What does that mean? Are they not responsible for this situation? TMT is only earning from its Mira road route only as per my knowledge. You are requested to kindly take the strict actions against the guilty as after all these bus services can't be stopped at evening in rush hours..and is creating huge mess and herrasement towads the people. Your urgent and serious actions needed

        Sir/Mam,
        I and my husband are regular passengers of TMT AC bus-126 (4th bus-8.30am) starting at Hirannandani Estate to RBI (BKC).We never had any issues till date with the bus, driver or the conductor.As per the company rules, the driver, conductor changes on the 1st of every month.We have been travelling via this bus(4th bus-8.30 am) since 7-8 months and with all the possible traffic, we were reaching on time to our destinations(i.e. at 9.50 am).But since 1st of April (since the driver has changed on 1st April 2016) we are reaching late to office by 30 mins for the entire 1st week of April.The driver is driving the bus at his own convenience, not considering the fact that the employees need to reach on time.He drives by his own sweet time and is not bothered at all.Now my husband and myself, we both have stopped taking this bus since then, like us many others have also done the same.If you really want to check, pls compare the April month 4th bus money collection with earlier months same bus, you will definitely find a difference.This same 4th bus use to be full at Majiwada stop itself, but now the bus runs on the road with few passengers as compared to earlier no. of passengers.
        Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

          Hi I stay at Bhiwandi and normally travel by 85 no bus from Bhiwandi to Mulund. I used word "Normally" coz the frequency of the Bus is too too bad. Sometimes we have to wait at the stop for 40-60 mins or even more coz the frequency is too BAD & no other buses from Mulund-Bhiwandi or Vice versa. Also would request u guys to improve the Bus maintenance and services. In none of TMT buses you could read the Name plate or Number coz either they write with White chalk or conductor keeps yelling the name of last stop. Drivers are in so much of rush god knows where they want to fly off. till u try reading the Bus name/no or listen conductor telling us the bus is away from the stop. We are not asking for LED boards which are used in BEST buses but at-least use white lights or Hanging board in each and every bus. Take this feedback's seriously & also immediate action on it.

            Incident date 16th Sept 2015, Bus Route no. 58 from Mira Road to Lokmanya Nagar, Vechile No. MH04 G8136, Departure Time from Mira Road morning 8:30 a.m. (approx time) Complaint against the Bus conductor Batch no. 804 Unethical behaviour / Insulted Tone and Insulted Exclamation used while talking and converted discussion in to argument. a) Ticket charges from Mira Road home / start stop to Thane station is Rupees 26. While taking the ticket i have paid him 30 Rupees at first stop, for change of 4 rupees the conductor said 'baad mein le' in rude tone and hyper voice. I said ok b) At Manpada stop i asked for the change again he said 'baad mein le' tone used very insulted. c) By near to Muktainagar stop i asked again for the change this time he said 'kya baar baar choottha maang raha hain, ek baar bolana baad mein lena'. As i was standing from 1st stop by this time i had visited 3 time ahead and again back. d) after couple of second of above incident no. c he conductor start to shout at me and said go ahead go ahead as ladies was standing beyond me i replied himnot able to move ahead becaus people 's are alaready standing. Again he used very insulted Exclamation, talked with Finger Pointing and loud tone. i request him to low his voice as i have notsaid him unethical words but he was continosouly started to speak nuisance words in high tone. I asked him his batch no. and said i m gonna make a complaint he said 'tujhe jo karna hain kar le' and refuse to give his batch no. . Public around us asked him to keep quite and asked to move ahead. After this argument at neat thane stop i asked him for the change again and than he had given me my change at taht time i noted his Batch no. I dont know how this my complaint will be taken care and hoping to take a serious or proper acition. Doont how come this type of persson get a pulic service job who dont have a manner to talk with a public.

              Dear Team, Request to increase the frequency of the bus no 6 Wagle depo, at least in morning hours from 7.00 to 8.30, after 7.20 bus, no bus frequency for 30 to 40 mins, which cause inconvenience to all regular passengers. Request to treat this on priority.

                Dear Sir, I am traveling through Bus no 59 (Tulsidham to thane station). Bus time is 7.30 a.m. This is to bring to your notice that the bus is not coming since a month time. We are facing lot of problem because of non-availability of bus. Further would like to inform you that earlier the frequency of bus was ½ hour but from some 6 months it has been reduced to one bus in a hours. We had only one bus in a hours that to it is not coming. You could understand the severity of problem we are facing these days. As a residence of Tulsidham I would like to request you to please increase the frequency of bus No. 59 and Please look into the matter regarding non availability/irregularity of bus. Looking forward for positive response.

                  Since last 3 days I have seen that AC buses towards Dadar are running only with few people. Instead of runnig these buses towards Dadar please extend these routes to Backbay Depot so that all people those who travel by the rickety chinese buses of BEST atleast people can travel comfortably by Volvo buses towards Backbay Depot. Please start immediately because there are many people those who travel towards Backbay Depot.

                    Dear Sir / Madam, for past several months, the Frequency of buses on Thane Station to Pawar Nagar has reduced considerably. There is always a que of atleast half a kilometre at any point of time during peak hours. The average waiting time to get in to buses is anywhere about 30 - 45 minutes, considering that commuters have to let pass atleast three buses before they could get in to the bus. Pawar Nagar is a very busy route and requires a bus at atleast 10 minutes interval during peak hours, otherwise the situation gets beyond control. All the buses get overloaded as a result and causing a danger as such. Request an early resolution as hundreds of commuters are going through worst time for the past few months

                      Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your notice, that from the past 20-25 days...Bus route no.26/27 Majiwada Bus for 6.50 am does not arrive...this is causing problems for daily commuters like me and also to pass holders who have taken their passes till Majiwada (gaon)...also bus for 7.20 am doesn't arrive quiet often... Please look into the matter...Thanks

                        Bus route No.58 lokmanya to Mira Road. AS per TMT contract there are 25 Nos.of buses, But as per actual scene there is only 7 buses are running.Public are diverting due to less of service \. This is to inform you to increase the nos. of buses ASAP.

                          Every day we are suffering while travelling from thane station to Wagle Aagar because of poor frequency of buses.Nobody taking care of this only Middle class people like us we are suffering no buses,no auto nothing.On thane station T.M.T.Employees hang several buses list but practically only 1 bus which is already full by Mira road people are coming every after 20-25 Minutes & till that que for bus is increasing.Same way if somebody is in urgent he cant take auto too as for auto also so much people standing in a q.Every time Ministers celebrating their birthday,all are busy in their personal enjoyment but nobody cares about Normal Public.

                          If possible please try to get direct Buses from thane station or else please allow BEST Services from thane station to Lokmanya Nagar

                            A man named Shekhar Pingle and his fraud partner Sheetal Khade cheated over 30 odd people for over 40 lakhs on the pretext of providing a job with the TMC (Thane municipal corporation). After a preliminary inquiry, people started gaining hints about they both are doing cheating and fraud by misusing this money and gaining personal benefits like changing their lifestyle and home renovation, and no job offers are their in TMC, On this ground many a times all people use to gather and use to discuss about give away our money or give us the job, many of them have banked upon them and left their present job... still many of them have not got their money and they both are pretending that all money went inside the TMC and soon job letter will be passed and will get the job. My friend was a victim and is having a bad phase of his life since he had took loan of rs 2,00,000 to pay them for job offer on time and arranging it in 1 day... I and we want that this person Shekhar Pingle and Sheetal Khade should be taken into remand and give away money by selling off their property and should sentence to jail for at least 15 years.. so that fraud people will get fear of not doing such activities... they also making bad image of TMC. Please do some thing and circulate this post so that every body in thane and Mumbai should know about this both culprits in our society.

                              Thane Muncipal Transport : Buses plying during peak hours is between a gap of 25-30 minutes, thereby crowd increases which 3 buses can accomodate and then one bus comes and rest of the people has to stand for another 25 minutes for the second bus. It takes more than one hour to travel to place like Kolshet.& Manorama Nagar . If the TMT is not capable to provide service to people then BEST should be given entry for nearby places also.

                              Kindly liook into the mater. Its an humble request from the people who travel daily & fed up of this daily routine.

                                This is humble request to TMT to start plying buses from Thane Ghodbhunder to Powai (Kensingston SEZ) via EExp highway. This route would benefit large number of Thaneits who come to work at Hiranandani Powai. After studying the response TMT can also start an AC bus to this place which would act as a tough competition to BEST buses plying on this route. Hope TMT will take note of this request.

                                  Hi, There are no buses from thane railway station to balkum-dadlani park, the buses arives e very 1hr, the frequency is very less, i would like to know the valid reason for this, Other than balkum- dadlani buses, all the busses have 15-20 minutes frequency, and what to say about vrindavan bus, this buses are after every 5 mins, many buses are left empty because no passengers are there, instead why dont this people tmc people send buses for balkum-dadlani, we people come from office and have to stand for atleast 45 minutes in a que for the BALKUM-DADLANI bus. Many passesngers of balkum dadlani complaint to the concerned person at thane bus stop but they( conductor, driver, superivisor ) say in marathi " ITKI GHAI AAHE TAR SWATACHI GADI GYA, NAHI GEU SHAKAT TAR CHUP- CHUP LINE MADHE UBHA RAHA , BUS YEIN JEVAH YEICHI ASEL " IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS OR IS THERE ANY TMC WEBSITE WHEREIN I CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS.

                                  bus kabhi bhi stop per nahi ati wo pahele hi trun karke dusare road se chali jati hai aur kabhi galatise aa bhi jaye to stop par aaker nahi rukati stop se bahut age hi ruk jati hai main kal 14.7.2011 ko jab bus me chadhne lagi to usne 2 sec. bhi nahi roka zat se gadi start kardi me jor se gadi ke uper mera sar laga agar muze kuch ho jata to kya apke bus wale hospital bill dete the ? its request plz buses atlist stop roko .

                                    There is no regular service on rout no:-112(thane station to loda paradise)Why? We also pay bus fare but on virndavan rout in 1min. 4buses goes at that time.I request 2 managing committee 2 insure regular service on rout:-112.Plz arrange regular service so that public of lodha+majiwada+rutsmjee get better service 4m TMT.

                                    TMT Bus Service — Increase the frequency of bus services

                                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                                    I hereby request you on behalf of all the residents of Parsik Nagar to ask the concern department of TMT Bus service to increase the frequency of bus services between Parsik Nagar and Thane Station during peak hours as lot of people find it difficult to reach office, college and school on time. Even the Rickshaw drivers refuse to take passengers to Thane station.

                                    Pls do the needful. Your early action on this matter will be highly appreciated.

                                      Hi,

                                      Please increase the Kolshet bus frequency and if can'nt be possible than kindly ask them to send the bus on timing.

                                      If we remind them about the bus timing than they behave rudely.

                                      Its high time please do something TMT is providing very bad service.
                                      I think Best service should be started as soon as possible.
                                      Please note that this not an individual issue,if you think I am wrong than ask any person other than TMT staff about bus service from Thane to Kolshet And I am damm 200 % sure that nobody like this pathetic service.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Please request that some official should wait for bus on satis for Kolshet/Manorama Nagar bus, having a bus stop of Vrindavan society just next to it every three min one bus play in that route, you will be surprise to see this buses even play empty not even single person board that bus, where as kolshet stop 30 min no bus. Dont understand why this difference? please at least see to it if buses are playing empty they can be diverted to another bus stop cant they? TMT should reply? oh sorry how childish they even don't know to wright properly bus stop on buses what they will reply.

                                        Today on 24.10.2010, morning

                                        09.10 am TMT bus route -56, Bus

                                        registration No:- MH-04G 8053, on

                                        board bus conductor neither

                                        helped me to sort out the matter

                                        nor attended to the misbehaviour

                                        of the co-passenger.

                                        Th co-passenger was not ready to

                                        leave the Ladies reserved seat and

                                        was exchanging unnecessary verbal

                                        communication. When this on board

                                        conductor was asked to attend he

                                        did not come to solve the issue.

                                        Rather he was supporting the

                                        co-passenger's "manners-less"

                                        words. While trying to communicate

                                        the issue, the conductor started

                                        shouting against me and other

                                        ladies.

                                        Even asking for his "Badge No.

                                        (Billa No)" he denied saying you

                                        are not my boss and shouted

                                        towards me.

                                        Please take necessary action

                                        against this conductor and please

                                        take necessary action to protect

                                        the ladies rights, ladies security

                                        and cultural ethics.

                                        Further in one of the earlier

                                        instances (in TMT bus) one of the

                                        co-passenger was seating with

                                        small baby( around two years old

                                        baby) and keeping the baby on

                                        separate seat but denying to

                                        provide that seat to any of the

                                        passengers in a jam pack TMT bus,

                                        and even the conductor is denying

                                        to speak against him and shouted

                                        against me saying "you do whatever

                                        you want." and further mentioned

                                        that the person is also a TMT

                                        conductor.

                                        Please also guide me about the

                                        resposibilities of the TMT

                                        passengers, who suffer in many of

                                        such instances but has to keep mum

                                        due to inactive and insufficient

                                        conductors.

                                        dear bus managment of TMT,

                                        I would like to lodge a complaint towards a conductor, he is little mentally unfit i guess cause i have noticed his behavior several times so i please request TMT to take some action against this issue..aswell he was not wearing his batch on duty.Kindly request you do do the need ful..
                                        The bus no. is 5088 and it was at 11 '0' clock at teen hath naka that was dated 24th of march 2011.
                                        HOPE TO GET SOME FEED BACK.
