I am a regular commuter on bus no. 62 and I am writing to address a pressing issue regarding the bus frequency during the afternoon hours. The limited number of buses operating during this time is causing significant inconvenience to many passengers, including myself.
I have observed that while the buses are seen heading towards the Brahmand depot, they do not return promptly, often leaving passengers waiting for almost half an hour. This situation is particularly challenging during the current summer season when standing at the bus stop becomes extremely uncomfortable due to the heat.
Considering the discomfort and inconvenience faced by numerous passengers, I strongly urge you to increase the bus frequency on route no. 62, especially during peak hours in the afternoon. By enhancing the frequency of buses on this route, you will not only improve the commuting experience for passengers but also ensure timely and efficient public transportation services.

    Kindly attention on this issue of the bus timings of TMT especially 48 Nos. Panchaganga bus (I travel daily by this bus). I reached at bus stand at 8.47AM but still there was no bus present even the bus time is 8.50AM, I asked to the controller though he dosen't have manners to talk to the passengers (Everywhere passengers face same issues from controllers i.e they not answer properly tgat causes confusions between passengers) who struggles to come for bus to reach before a minutes before to catch a bus.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I want your Attention towards Leniency and misbehiour by Conductor. I am travelling in 60 AC No bus from Kashimira. When I entered in Kashimira, There was crowd in bus and Conductor was Issuing tovket very slow. I also asked ticket but he did not give attention. Later on, I was shouting for tticket.Meanwhile, Ticket Checker Entered. He observed and given instruction to him to Issue Ticket. Then, He issied ticket to me.

      Passengers were also observing. Conductor was rude in behaviour .He was using abusing word.

      Kindly look at this matter. I am branch head in SBI Life Dombivali East.

        I am Vaishali Vicky Deokar, working in KVS in thane Airforce station kolshet thane West as a Maths Teacher. My college reporting time is 6.45 am. I have to travel from thane station to kolshet gaon to reach my working place on time. There is no bus available after 5.46 am to 6.26 am.
        It is humble request to you please provide one more bus between this time gap(6.00 am)

          The frequency of these buses are very low, we have been waiting since 1 hour and still there is no sign of bus. Hardly one bus comes within one hour time period. This even happens for the thane station bus in happy valley side

            Complaint regarding TMT bus conductor demanding Aadhaar card for senior citizen concession

            I am writing to complain about an incident that occurred on March 17, 2024, on TMT bus number MH-04-KF-4042.

            I am a senior citizen and I have a valid identity card issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation Transport Services (TMT) with the number 20536. As per the TMT's policy, senior citizens are entitled to free bus travel from 13th March, 2024.

            1st time i am travelling in TMT bus service, and i dont have sufficient money for taking ticket. Then i am asking for conductor online payment, conductor madam said, in TMT bus services nit accepting online payment for tickets.!!!

              I have started travelling by bus recently and some of my observations are
              1. The staff including driver, conductor are rude
              2. Especially when they speak to women language is rude and poor attitude
              3. Attitude towards differently able is horrible. Very insensitive. I was travelling with 2 differently able individuals one cannot talk was using an app to buy ticket the conductor was rude and was not accepting that app and also when the stop came the body language and manner in which he spoke to the passenger was disheartening

              4. They need training on behavioural and communication skills, empathy is very much needed
              As a service provider tmt needs to enhance use of technology as well as facilities to handle different types of passengers aa well as requirements.
              The ac vents are too high and out of reach though ac bus the red buses are too hot
              In general except for low fares it is not worth travelling by bus

                Lost my wallet

                Lost my wallet. It was silver colour mettal wallet. It has all my important documents. It included driving licence, debit cards and around 2000 rs cash....

                Non communication of conductor

                Address: TMT bus

                I had boarded bus no 6 wagle agar around 9:40 pm on 10th of march 2024, from thane west railway station. I paid 10rs and asked for M.I.DC. bus stop ticket. The conductor gave the ticket for kamgar hospital. I assumed that it might be the next stop. The bus nowhere came near the MIDC bus stop and I had to get down at the last stop. I really don't get why the conductors can't inform us that it won't stop at a certain bus stop....

                I was seating in the first seat of electric bus number 53 from patillypafa @10.10 approx Driver 39658 is cobductors number had to put immediate break because of which I fell down so badly that I got cut of me leg just below my knees mt pants tore n fingur gas blood clot n headache as it was sudden. These seats are not recommended to senior citizens or any one no safety or else seat belts has to compulsory.
                Please take appropriate action . No apologies from driver or conductor.

                  Dear Sir,

                  Good morning,

                  I am Mrs. Sharvari. I am currently traveling on TMT BUS No. MH 04 HY 1845 from Thane to Bramhand.

                  Upon boarding the bus at GokulNagar Stop, I noticed that the back door was not being opened by the driver. Consequently, both I and another passenger attempted to use the front door. However, the driver responded with extremely abusive language, which I find inappropriate to recount here.

                  The use of such abusive and harsh language, especially directed towards women in the presence of other passengers, is deeply unsettling.

                  I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against the driver, whose name is Shedge.

                    On 26th February 2024 at 9:10 TMT BUS NO.148 from vashi to parsik nagar was not stooped on Ghansoli Station i showed a hand to the bus but they didnt stop the both conductor and driver saw me waveing hands. The lights in the bus is switched off even the Route display board is turned off. After some time i catched the same bus on kalwa naka towards parsik nagar and asked conductor but he didn’t reply me. This happens after old conductor retired. The bus has cctv camera please check the footage the lights were turned off. I have bus ticket from kalwa naka. The bus no is MH04-EP-846. I am attaching bus ticket for reference.This happens on daily basis now.

                      I’m travelling in the bus no MH04HY2630. The bus left Muchala bus stop at 11.45am. I need to get down at Mulund Checknaka for which I bought the ticket and since there was no change available, the bus conductor started speaking rudely and the behaviour is completely ill mannered. Just because I didn’t have change doesn’t mean I’m entitled to hear harsh words from the conductor.

                        At 7:15 AM from Patli Pada bus stop, I boarded the Vrindavan society bus with bus number 1, and asked the ladies conductor for the last stop ticket by paying 13 rupees, the conductor lied that the bus was going to Mankoli and asked me to get off at Majivada stop after taking 10 rupees. But let's go aheadOn observation, the bus took a left turn to Ritu Park, if the bus was going directly to Vrindavan Society, why did the bus conductor lie? I have traveled by this same bus many times before with a fare of Rs.13 but some stubborn conductors harass the passengers, further I had to pay an extra Rs.7 ticket fare for traveling to Rabodi in a different bus, where it costs Rs.13, the passengers are charged Rs.17 more. Travel should be givenIt is only at the discretion of the conductor

                          The idea to introduce Ev busses was a very novel idea and many people are really enthusiastic to travel with a little increased fare. But the problem is that most of the busses are in poor maintenance from the inside. People have spit paan and there is dust on the window sills. The seats are almost threadbare Ac vents are missing in some, AC doesn't work properly in some.
                          You can always increase the fare if needed. Also kindly introduce online monthly pass like the railway. It's painful to carry the exact change and then argue with the conductor on a daliy basis.

                            The conductor and driver asked to get off the bus because they did not have change of Rs 100 and did not talk properly to those who did not have change.

                              I face the following two problems very frequently.

                              1. When 51 or 63 no. buses (going to Waghbil gaon and Anand Nagar respectively) cross Waghbil naka bus stop (which is below the flyover and sometimes after the flyover also), drivers don't stop bus at Vijay Nagari bus stop. They say its ahead. Especially, young drivers and conductors are very oversmart.

                              2. When I am the last one to get off, bus drivers start the bus even when I have not got out completely. There is a chance that I will fall and hurt myself. You will have to pay the expenses if anything like that happens. OR Deduct from driver's salary. Drivers job is to see if passengers have got off or no, despite what the conductor says. Yesterday, this happened with me again. I was going to Manpada at 7:30 p.m. The driver had started the bus even when I had not got down. Bus no. is MH04-HY-7028. Other nos. on the ticket is -[protected] and [protected].

                              I noticed, they dont do this to others. But when I am getting down, they are in a hurry to start bus.

                                I had boarded bus (Thane - Borivali) today at 9:50 am from Kapurbawadi Busstop. The driver of the bus was continuously honking, when complained, he rudely replied that being an electric bus, the sound he has to do so to alert other. This is absurd response. Such rude behaviour of the driver is not at all acceptable. I would request authority to take strict action against the driver. His batch number was G2009. Look forward for your response.
