Dear Sir,
This complaint is regarding the incident that took place on 06/08/2024 near Bhayandarpada bus stop, Bhayandarpada G.B. Road, Thane.
I was visiting thane due to my personal work when this incident took place where TMT Bus driver Suresh Prabhudas Bairagi, Batch No: Jalgaon 25095 was recklessly driving the bus and hit my stopped car from behind which led to multiple damages to my car. Luckily there was no casulaties to me and the person sitting on the passenger seat.The Driver was very arrogant and was not at all ready to accept his mistake. This Incident might have been very serious and can happen to anyone else in nearby future which may lead to endanger to common people's life.I have filed a complaint to the nearby Kasarvadavli Police Station.
i hereby request to take some strict action against this bus driver and update me on the same.

    Address: Thane west, on the route of Upvan to Thane station

    It's a humble request to increase the frequency of TMT buses on the route o[censored]pvan to Thane railway station and vice versa. It's also a request to appoint a person at the Shivai Nagar bus stop and gavandbaug bus stop to see whether bus drivers do not stop buses intentionally for longer period of time. Sometimes during 7-9 am in the morning, there are 2 buses standing idle when there is a huge public waiting for the bus. Pls, look into the matter that buses do not intentionally wait at bus stops or go ahead and stop.

    A month ago route 98 has reduced frequency from Kolshet to Thane station. Enviornfriendly AC buses have also stopped operating in this route. This is creating lot of nuisances for people to commute to their working places especially peak hours of morning and while commuting back to homes
    Please improve frequency of bus 98 and 95 to help people

      This complain is to bring in notice about TMT bus conductor being friendly with Haware City stop passengers and being injustice with seat allocation and seat sitting daily in the bus. The conductor is being very friendly with daily travelling passengers and making the MALE passenger to sit on female seat from HAWARE city stop till Thane West Stop. when objected to the same bus conductor he still allowed a MALE passenger to set on female seat when the whole bus was full with female passengers standing the bus conductor is behaving friendly with daily 6 passengers and not following the seat rules for ladies and making male passenger to sit on given lady seat. please take action on the Haware city bus conductor for performing in justice with other passengers and being very friendly with around 6 to 7 daily travelling passengers and causing in-justice of seat equality and making female stand in the bus. Second complain is, He also tell the female passenger to get up from general public seats even after paying the ticket fee for general public seats. Thank you.

        Hi team,

        Bus no 112 has time to depart from lodha complex at 11:30 after that bus no 212 at 11:45.
        Bus 112 is there at 11:35 but they didn't depart as per schedule.

        Why they are sitting idle and not running the bus at time?

          Respected authorities,
          I was standing at nitin company bus stop to catch a bus. Then 1 bus came, the information of bus is as follows:

          Bus departed from :- Thane Railway Station West to Bhyander Pada
          BUS TYPE:- AC Bus
          DATE:- 1/08/2024
          TIMING:- BETWEEN 11 AM AND 11.30 AM

          The driver stop the bus at nitin company bus stop but did not open the back door, then open the front door after long time, but till the time i could get to the front door, driver statred the bus, so i could not catch the bus.

          then bus stopped at nitin company signal, i had to run and catch the bus, he open the front door and started arguing with me, telling me he cant open the door at bus stop because only 22 people standing are allowed.
          even conductor was arrogant and saying all people to move at back side of bus to get ticket
          very pathetic service by TMT of running buses where back door is damaged and arrogant people who runs buses for public by using public money.
          even the service by TMT at thane station is worse, we used stand in long queue, but when the bus arrives, these drivers and conductors become only spectators, many people who are not in queue get in the bus.

            I always travel on this route from Gokul Nager to Subhas Nagar. The fare for this distance is 4 Rs for ledies but this bus condutor took 10 Rs from me. When I asked him, he simply refused to provide any explanation. This is totally cheating if government proveding faclities for ledies of the half ticket then why these coundter taken extra amount. Normal the ticket amout was 7Rs And as per scheme for ledies it was 4Rs but he took 10Rs & given me ticket from Thane station To Oltas Gate For ledies from Thane Station its is 10Rs for ticket then wht he took 10Rs?
            While giving him moeny for ticekt i told him 4 to 5times to take 4Rs but he ignored this bus is looting people charging extra fare.

            Because of rush if I didn't pay for bus ticket and travel for free it is ok?
            Not na?
            If I am taking taking ticket as a responsible citizen by passing my money to another passganger and even by informing by me and another passagnger couducter to take 4Rs then it is wrong to charge extra money.

            I boarded the bus at around 9:16Am & Reached at subhas nager stop at 9:20Am

            I am Requsting to TMT Team Take action againts this

            Timing:- 9:16Am (Gokul nager) to 9:20 Am (Subhas nager)
            Kindly Look that bus counducter and given him some training and information
            He was old age counducter. (Not aware about his name that's why added old age counducter.
            some other condcuter should get into this unnecessarily becuase i am not aware about his name that's the reason added old age counducter)
            For some People 6Rs also Imporatnat I have been travlled for 2days from those 6Rs If extra money not taken from me.

            Hope so TMT will take action.

              I was travelling a short distance from rmall to majiwada and asked for ticket twice but the conductor asked for change which I checked and told her I didn't have. she said she didn't have any either and just refused to issue a ticket. My stop was already here so I had to get off without a ticket and there officers caught me with a fine of ₹210
              The conductor clearly had change (she got some in front of me) all she had to do was give me ₹6. Get better conductors

                Address: PARSIK SHIV MANDIR BUS STOP, NEAR SAPPHIRE HOSPITALS, KHARIGAON, KALWA (W).

                The Parsik Shiv Mandir bus stop is in a very bad state. The roof of the bus stop is completely broken. There has been no maintenance activity done for this bus stop for the past 20+ years. Please refer the photo attached for better understanding.

                  We daily check that, in the evening after 5.45 p.m., there is no Kolshet to Thane station bus, and if any electrical bus goes down in Kolshet Goan Depot, they take rest for more than half an hour. It's a daily problem. After 6 p.m its to crowd in bus stop...who is responsible?We know that there is traffic in Majiwada and Kapurbawdi in the evening, but if they already have a bus in Kolshet depo., why do they take more than a half-hour break? Yesterday, I was in Kolshet Gaon, where the bus stopped at 5.50 p.m., and after 6.15 p.m., the electrical bus came in depo, and they sent the normal bus, which means the non-AC bus was already in depo before 5.45 p.m., but they did not release the bus before 6.20 p.m.

                    At mira road station since 9:15 now it is 9:45. No buses are there for thane or Mulund, why such an big gap for buses what should we do for daily travelling.

                      Never get Manorama nagar bus on time. Standing on the bus stop from last 40mim daily timing of the bus is 5:20am in the morning.

                      After asking on the enquiry counter about the bus delay they have started shouting and the behaviour was very rude.

                      Don't know what is the issue of the Manorama nagar thane bus never ever get the bus on time and no one is here to help us.

                        On date 26/06/2024, at patlipada stop bus driver did not stop bus on designated stop when a lady came in front of bus then only he stopped.
                        In a-polite tone asked driver when we are coming on middle of road then at-least you should stop BUS. He was giving reason and justification.
                        But suddenly the conductor started shouting and yelling bad words, seems if he could have get chance he might have hit the passenger.
                        When warned him that will file complain against you he replied “go and whatever you can do nothing happens here”.

                        Conductor did absolutely unnecessary Misbah needs action against him.

                          Thane mulund buses are very less and are never on time, they are very infrequent Even for 30 mins journey we literally have to waste 90-120 mins . Services are very very bad.

                            It has been 1 hour 30 mins that I have waited at the borivali station for the bus to Thane, numbered 65 . It is highly unacceptable that there isn't any bus for 90mins straight. I opted this route from Santacruz considering that myself being a senior citizen, it's convenient but also realised that it's way too dicey and one CANNOT depend on it or the TMC Bus service.
                            Please look into the matter!

                              Misbehaving with ladies and taking fine, their was clearly conductors mistake that he didn't give ticket and he blamed us that it's your mistake, and took a fine of 420 rs this is very wrong .why we would not buy 35rs ticket and give 3times fine🙂shame on tmt rules and regulations.its too rush in bus..that why conductor has coming from left-hand side we are setting right side ..we pay the fine (TC) Has clear told that go to thane Mahanagar palika and register uss complaint

                                The buses are not send on time on the
                                Kisan nagar(Neptune it park ) bus stop .

                                The buses are 40-45 mins late during the day time.
                                Causing a lot of inconvenience

                                  Dear sir, greetings, i am chanda panjwani, mob : [protected], aged 61, residing at brahmand. g b road, thane west, I frequently travel by mira road / borivali bus ac from thane west bus depot and get down at patlipada stop in the evening... On 22.05.2024 2 men occupied second last row of ladies seat, on borivali bound train at 7.30 pm, when told them to vacate they refused saying, likha kidhar hai ke ye ladies ke liye seat hai. After nearly 20 mins when the conductor came to give us tkts we complained to him, he also told the guys to vacate seats, but they kept arguing with him and even he could not do anything... conductor was a weak human being who instead of solving the problem was telling us to go and file a police complaint in front of those 2 men and everyone else ...Till we reached patlipada, full argument was going on with the 2 men who were sitting on our seats and ofcoarse the conductor. First time i saw a man conductor who was so weak that he could not handle the situation and men passengers over powered him ... I told the conductor that he has the power and rights to make the men get up at any cost... ...Or stop the bus till issue is resolved, but woh toh kuch kar hee nahi paaya ...Aaj 2 men kal 10 men will occupy ladies ka seats ...What do we ladies do then, fight everyday for our rights ... To avoid this trouble again and again, pls seats ke back side par, for ladies only clearly likha hona chahiye ...Aur individual seat ke upar bhi likha ho, ye tamasha kal hua, kal phir na ho, isliye marking karna zaroori hai . I hope action will be taken against conductor and also he should be advised to handle situation in correct manner. ..Hoping and praying i do not have to make complaint again tomorrow.

                                    On dated 21/05/2024, MH 04 LQ 8286, bus driver don't stop bus at Cadbury bus stop, further we ask questions why bus didn't stop at bus stop they used bad words while Talking with us and bus didn't stop at Cadbury juntion bus stop.                                       Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I had boarded TMT Bus No. 65AC (Vehicle Reg. No. MH04 LQ3851) from Thane East Railway Station at around 9:30 AM today morning i.e. 09.05.2024. I requested conductor to give me ticket near SAI PALACE which is located at Mira Road East but he gave me Sai Nagar ticket. I told him immediately this is wrong one and then he issued me other ticket and started shouting at me that I made him loss. He took 50 rupees and didn't return 5 immediately.

                                      When I checked ticket it was for Dahisar Toll stop then I called him and informed that he has again issued me wrong ticket. Then I checked in M-indicator App that the nearest stop was Kashigaon, for which he didn't issue me new ticket and started arguing with me. He was asking me multiple times where I want to drop then I told him I will stop at Western Hotel/ Laxmi Baug for which he did not issue any ticket and after continuous argument he returned additional 5 rupees. So i was travelling with ticket of Dahisar toll for which he took 40 rupees. While leaving at Kashigaon he STOPPED me and again took 10 rupees from me and issued ticket from Western Hotel till Dahisar toll (snap attached)

                                      Today's incident actually felt me very UNSAFE in TMT Buses. So i request to kindly take up same internally and the conductor should be punished for such pathetic behaviour inside the running bus.

                                      I have attached screenshot of bus tickets, photo of the conductor and Bus.

                                      I hope TMT team will act on same immediately or else I would be forced to move on to Social Media Platform like INSTAGRAM, X (TWITTER), FACEBOOK and will tag all higher officials including CM and PM as this is related to SAFETY of passengers/ COMMON MAN and same cannot be COMPROMISED

                                        I'm a resident in Thane Shivai Nagar, my office time is 10 to 7 pm . Earlier Bus no 110 used to come at 9.10 which is appropriate for commutators to be at work on time. But now the Bus comes after 9.30am or it doesn't come at all. Please look into this matter ASAP.
