Thangam Travels — bus delayed. bus operator is not conveyed the proper situation

I've booked the ticket from melur to chennai for my mother (Age 52). Boarding date/time is 29th-jul-2017 10.55pm. Waited for almost 2hrs. Called lot of times. Every time bus operator says like wait for few minutes. Finally they said there is a problem in bus wait for 30 more mins. Bus operator is not conveyed the proper situation. Very worst service. Never ever seen this kind of worst service.
