This bus service charge for air condition bus but if you physically check their bus no:-py01bm5559. From madurai to chennai & round trips ac not at all working in the bus, particular at the last upper & lower rows, e. G... Seat no - ld-9, ld-10, ls -5, us -5, etc pasenger can even die due to suffocation, no proper air flow.
Also, charger point not working, mini bulbs not working, completely closed, no outside view, no proper shock absorbers can give you lifetime backehe.
They are making money with such a worst service & infrastructure, although complaint but the bus authority don't even bother to listen to passengers.
Pleaselease intervene & take action against this bus service, for the sake of passenger welfare & suffering.
