Worst service by thangam travels.. I booked ticket for my mother and uncle in non a/c sleeper. They cancelled that bus and ask me to come to boarding point 1 hr before. I informed the same to my mother.. She get into the bus at 8.05 pm.. Bus reached mattuthavani bus stand at 10 pm.. I travel in this bus the bus ticket is 950. Bus get break down they leave me middle we asked when will it get sorted but they did't say any thing after 4 hours they said bus wont go and change the me to another bus and they get 300 rs form me to give to the another bus driver in that bus also there is no seat available i sit near the door and come to chennai i call the customer services the didn't response properly over all very bad experiance...

Travelled on 1st may 2018 night from madurai to chennai. Paid 3200rs for two persons.ac sleeper bus it was.ac stopped working in 2hrs after bus started. When reported to drivers and assistants in the bus, there is no proper response. Since there is not even windows to open, it started suffocating and passengers forced stop the bus @ulunthurpetai. Though fought for another two hours, there is no assurance to repair the ac and the drivers convinced...

On 7.12.17 madurai to chennai ac sleeper bus we have booked. Immediately after gettting n to the bus i informed bus driver about whr should i get down. To the same person again i remind him around 11.15 wen he taken the bus. He s such a adamant guy. He didnt stopped on the chengalpet tollgate.. He doesnt knw to speak politely also.. Bad experiance...

I've booked the ticket from melur to chennai for my mother (Age 52). Boarding date/time is 29th-jul-2017 10.55pm. Waited for almost 2hrs. Called lot of times. Every time bus operator says like wait for few minutes. Finally they said there is a problem in bus wait for 30 more mins. Bus operator is not conveyed the proper situation. Very worst service. Never ever seen this kind of worst service....

This bus service charge for air condition bus but if you physically check their bus no:-py01bm5559. From madurai to chennai & round trips ac not at all working in the bus, particular at the last upper & lower rows, e. G... Seat no - ld-9, ld-10, ls -5, us -5, etc pasenger can even die due to suffocation, no proper air flow.
Also, charger point not working, mini bulbs not working, completely closed, no outside view, no proper shock...

Am traveling to Madurai from chennai with my wife and 2yrs old kid. I was reached on correct time after that i was gotdown for water bottle purchase. Same has been informed to driver.. once i gotdown from bus they asked to my wife some unuseful words. I complained to their office . The office staff taking con call with driver Mr.Muthaiah and he is using bad words to me. Very very worst service and no response. Bus bed conditions is worst...

They don't pick up at correct time make you to wait for hrs and uttermost irritating thing is they take min 12 hrs to reach to madurai. Even SETC can reach in 8hrs. Rudely behaving employess.
