Am traveling to Madurai from chennai with my wife and 2yrs old kid. I was reached on correct time after that i was gotdown for water bottle purchase. Same has been informed to driver.. once i gotdown from bus they asked to my wife some unuseful words. I complained to their office . The office staff taking con call with driver Mr.Muthaiah and he is using bad words to me. Very very worst service and no response. Bus bed conditions is worst and not cleaned.
