I had booked apt 502, tower 31 in lotus peak a part of group housing project lotus boulevard espacia situated at plot nos gh-002 sector 100, noida, up on sept 12, 2012. Initial allotment letter had mentioned completion of the project within 48 months from date of allotment. However i donot see any progress in the last 24 months and the project is still in early stages of construction after nearly 60 months from date of allotment.

I have already paid more than rs 90 lakhs by dec 2013. I am facing lot of hardship because of your non delivery of the project. The builder 3c has completely stopped work on this project and is not responding to any query sent to their office
