Any information about the whatsapp group or facebook page wherein i can be added. As i was also cheated by C's Company Lotus City.

I bought the plot in 2011 near Formula one racing track, now i got to know that company has filed for bankruptcy and the case is under NCLT.

There is no project site as on date.

I would like to join the group of customers who bought the plot at this site on Whatsapp...

I bought plot at 3cs lotus city project in 2011 but after 7 years we have no clue whether we get the possession or not. They have not done any work on the site. When you call up at there noida office there team has no idea when the work will resume on the site. Even i visited their office and site, employees have no clue but would like to settle in another painful project - lotus panache.

I have booked a plot in 3c lotus city which i had bought in may 2015. It has been 3 years and no possession or progress has taken place inspite of number of reminders. Today, it has come in times of india newspaper that "lotus buyers are moving to high court over incomplete projects" on page 1 and page 2.in this article lotus city project at yamuna expressway is also mentioned. It would be useful if any of the buyers of lotus city can inform...

My brother booked a plot in 2012 in l otus city yamuna and after 30% of payment we went to bank for loan as it was promised by builder and was mentioned in agreement that 3c will help us in getting loan from banks however one fine they they turned back and said that project is not approved by any bank and is not bankable. I have booked 2 plots 63c and 64c in lotus city in 2011, at that time they told me that they will give me possession of the plots with in 2 years but now 7 years passed away and they didn't any work on site. From 2011 to 2018 i visited many times to their office but they never giving me a satisfactory answer always taking time for construction start. I bought flat in 3c noida project lotus panache. It's been 7 years and no posession till date. I have given all installment. Its a huge financial loss as well as memtal agoney me and my family is going through from past 7 years. It is in tower 4 and no updates and communication whatsoever from 3c. It's very concerning and feel so humiliated and cheated in country like india where we talk about corruption free country in midi raj and builders...

I had booked apt 502, tower 31 in lotus peak a part of group housing project lotus boulevard espacia situated at plot nos gh-002 sector 100, noida, up on sept 12, 2012. Initial allotment letter had mentioned completion of the project within 48 months from date of allotment. However i donot see any progress in the last 24 months and the project is still in early stages of construction after nearly 60 months from date of allotment.

I have to inform that I have been allotted a plot no.251 in block-c measuring 121 squads by 3cs company Under their scheme “lotus city” on Yamuna expressway, Gr Noida, as per their letter dt-05.04.11
After Jan 13, despite reminders and personal visits to their office, I have not informed by the company About the status of the development taking place.
I have already paid RS 11, 49, 500/- against the total cost of the plot...

Have booked the flat in January 2010 and as per agreement the possession of the flat was to be given by March 2013. Till date inspite of giving 95% of payment in 2010 there is no possession status of the flat. No employee of the company including the promoters and Director is ready to answer the queries....

I would like to draw your attention to the fraudulent practice of 3C builders on their project in Gurgaon. I had invested in their project in Aug 2012 and as per the contract they have collected 30% payment of the dwelling unit, however there is no clarity on the construction of my unit, which clearly indicate that the money paid to them for this project was either deployed in some other project by the company...
