The 3C Company / The3C.in — no possession of flat even after 7 years

I bought flat in 3c noida project lotus panache. It's been 7 years and no posession till date. I have given all installment. Its a huge financial loss as well as memtal agoney me and my family is going through from past 7 years. It is in tower 4 and no updates and communication whatsoever from 3c. It's very concerning and feel so humiliated and cheated in country like india where we talk about corruption free country in midi raj and builders just do what they like and no one to take action to harassing aam public.in a hope that one day we all will get justice for hardened money for salaried innocent people like us.
