There's nothing in their terms and conditions saying once payment is done order cannot be refunded or returned, now the order I gave is in Transit state since 2 days, they don't answer any calls neither they provide delivery station details, what concerning is they're sending dead plants to many such buyers with totally wrong intention which is FRAUD & MISREPRESENTATION under ICA, 1872 of sections 17 and 18
