[Resolved]  The Affordable Organic Store — Refund against non delivery of order

Order no.305247 for 2 mini saplings of 2 inches height was placed on 11.07.2023. The items were stated to have been dispatched on 15.07.2023 but have not been delivered till date. In the meantime the tiny saplings might have died due to long transit period and high temperature. When refund for non delivery of the order was claimed they replied that they have no refund policy. Thus I had to suffer a loss of Rs, 160 prepaid for the order.
