I am writing to express my concern regarding the non-delivery of my order (#[protected]), which I placed on May 17, 2024. It has been over ten days since the order was placed, and I have yet to receive the product.
According to the tracking information provided, my order is currently in Mumbai. However, my delivery address is in Salem, and there appears to be no progress in getting the package to the correct location.
Given the significant delay and the current status of my order, I am no longer interested in waiting for an additional period to receive my product. Therefore, I kindly request an immediate refund for my purchase.
