I had placed an order #[protected] on 2nd September 2025 and it is still not delivered. I had written to their customer care support and had done multiple follow ups and got the same standard answer that your issue has been escalated. Now they even stopped responding to my mails and have neither delivered the order nor refunded the amount.

This is a fraudulent company and should refrain from placing any order here.

I want a refund as my order was not delivered
