I placed an order to recieve a book box from the above said company on 1st April. I was expecting it to be delivered by May as mentioned on the website and official Instagram page. It's July 5 now and I am yet to recieve my order. I am relocating overseas next week so I requested them to cancel the order now and initiate a refund which they are refusing to do. In case of failure to provide services, it's my right to get a refund. After I told them I would complain in consumer court, they are trying to pacify me over email by saying they'll send some other books which I did not even order. I have paid 3k for a book box which is not a small amount. Please help me in doing the right thing. Was this information helpful? |
