I had ordered one cluster dream catcher on 26th of July 2024. The order ID is TBS - 7014. It's been a month and I still haven't received my product. There is no update on my order. I have sent the lady so many mails and messages on Instagram and she has not even responded to my single message. The lady keeps on posting on Instagram but she does not reply me once. I have asked her so many times either to deliver the product or refund me. I have paid my hard earned money on the product. Now I feel so much cheated. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my life. I have paid a huge amount of 2800 rupees for a dreamcatcher and now I feel scammed. This store is a fraud.
