The Chennai Mobiles — gionee x1..worst service

I was buying Gionee x1 before six months...and I had a such a network complaint and I am spoke to the branch manager and he said we will make it right ..but the persons careless..he done a worst service and give it to me back...and the customer care person told ..we will provide mobile only not service that's your own risk only...before I will buy that mobile no one tell that information...the persons speaking very rudely..don't buy mobile phones in Chennai mobiles anywhere...this is worst Mobile showroom I ever seen...comparing to market local mobile shop this is very worst...I need clarification as soon as possible call to my number [protected]
