    I have purchased a sweater in chennai silks kumbakonam on 26.12.2021. The zip got separated and when visited the show room today with a complaint none of the staff responded and not even bothered. I left the item in the show room and came back. Really disappointing to have such a bad experience being a 16 years customer of Chennai silks

      I am a chennai silks customer in past 15 years. I was purchase cloth from rkv road erode branch and get five tour option coupon from the chennai silks erode. Further i cantact to yathira tourism madurai for plan a tour with my family members of 10 members.But they are not allowed for 10 members.Only allowed only one coupon for free other coupon allowed with discounted rate..
      This is wrong..So kindly solve this problem with as early...

      Parking charges

      No token bill is provided in T Nagar branch for the charges collected. It's we the customers own interest to donate the amount for trust. Proper bill should be given as we receive from all other malls and shops.

      We were ready to pay any amount they charge. But with Proper token bill..

      While asking this the staff argued and shouted arrogantly and asked us to file a complaint in court.

      I have bought 2 umbrella in Chennai silk shop vealchery Chennai, In that 1 umbrella was quality issue, i have called to shop discussed with mr, hari who is working as a staff, he said not possible and they are saying ones they sold product any issue with that they will not take back, i have very bad experience with this shop

                Hi Team,

                I purchased the "RUB EBS 41 COT -5" on[protected] in Salem branch and it was delivered in same day. After 10 I was noticed that there was crack developing in joint of Head side and I raised a compliant on[protected]. Based on the phone conversation and visit to the Salem branch they mentioned that "We will replace this with new one". But still it was not replaced. As per the conversation on[protected] there was a delivery near my location on[protected] and team will bring the new piece and replace it. But it not happened. I have called the TheChennaiSilks team on[protected] and the person mentioned that, he will check and update the same to me and the result is no response from him yet.

                I called the TCS team today morning[protected].32AM) call was not answered. So I am raising compliant here. Will see whether it will resolves my problem or not.

                Feed back on purchase:
                Defect in product with in 10 day of purchase makes me to feel frustrated also the customer support. As per conversation with team if I pay the transport they will deliver immediately but the charge was around 2K. Same amount I spent on delivery as well. Now it was damaged with in 10 days and need to pay once again???.

                    Salem branch, at gents section that cashier kept on billing for the customers who came after me by saying that they had only less items. In delivery section they kept on saying that it is being packed, it will come in moments. But it came after 30 mins. Very poor managing. And I have many more complaints can't mention all of them here!!!

                      I have purchased almost 7 sarees from same section, but they were unable to scan one saree's barcode during billing as it is slightly faded it's not my fault they have to scan again or ask the superior what to do but without doing anything just scanned for only once and told me that u cannot buy this... I wanted the saree but the sales person and the billing lady are very rude they are not even friendly... Because of that i have walked up and down for 5 times to get that saree in some other counter... Seriously a ridiculous feeling☹️☹️

                        Carelessness of the employees

                        Worst customer service, they haven't checked weather the tag in the product is scanned properly, we have paid the bill for that produces too, after paying the bill when we step out they have a buzzer then make us to wait and they have opened all our products again tared the paper that wrap the cloths then finally they said the tag haven't removed properly, even though the mistake is in their side they didn't apologize...In their shop they...

                            Today we had a very bad experience in your Cross cut road branch where in the delivery person deliberately made us wait for 10 minutes simply saying our bags are not recd. Our purchase of 4 chudidars, 3 sarees &, 5 Dhoties costing about Rs.6500/- were packed in 3l bags. We requested him to give 3 more bags since it has to be given to 6 families for a ceremony, he behaved rudly and we complained about it to customer care person and he was much worser We were ill-treated merely for 3 bags and came out heavy heartedly.

                                I had purchased 2 saries and kids dress on 12/12/2020 at The Chennai Silks, Chromepet.
                                My total purchase was for the Rs 4235 and it was paid around 7.08pm at the delivery section I went and started to get the delivery around 7.15 pm where I had 4 separate bills for which they have separated the bill 157 into 2 parcels and 1 parcel which containing a saree of Rs 1995 and kids dress of Rs 450 went missing along with the parcel. I spoke with the floor manager/ supervisor Mr. Ravi kumar(near ground floor delivery counter), so he told me the product is missing so go get a new product or will refund the money. When I insisted to get the same he responded this what I can do. Also I gave my contact number and asked to contact me if the got my package. Till now I haven't heard from him. I again went to get the similar saree for my mom where she was not satisfied got the refund amount on the kids dress and came out of the shop broken hearted. We didn't even got any jute bag on the purchase. We really felt hopeless in that situation. This is not a proper way to deal a customer. I wasted my time and energy on this shop... Worst experience ever. I will never visit this shop ever again and will not recommend to any of my friends.
