My money has been debited but they refused to accept it. They have deducted my money and my product went with them. Even after showing that money has been debited from my account.

    Silk saree (Pattu) much costlier but not worth of it. There is no options for exchange in some other branches but they are proudly saying that we have multiple branches.
    Very worst experience ever ...

      I visited The Chennai Silks (townhall, coimbatore)
      I went to purchase shirt in 3rd floor their after our purchase went to 5th Floor to have a look & Purchase womes tops but i kinda disappointed because we didn't purchase chudi so the attenders started talking back and shown angry face ...even thought i didn't spend 10 mintes in that floor once i find i am not gonna purchase chudi i am about to leave .

        Respected sir/madam,
        We went to chennai silk, vellore to shopping on june 5th, 2022 around 2pm. On returning around 5.45 pm we found our bike stand was broken. Security personnel over there gave irresponsible answer stating that stand was already rusted etc and was also trying to blame us for the mistake. Incharges over there also trying side towards the security personal. We would like to bring it your information to get replacement for our scooty bike stand. Make an enquire about the breakage of scooty stand in bike parking area. We have also attached the pictures of securtiy personal, incharges who are cool about the problem.

          We purchased saree for 32000 rupees but in our bill it is mentioned as travel bag issued. I enquired about this and the branch incharge spoke very rudely with me. I didn't expect this type of behavior from Chennai silks. Customer service is very very poor when compare to

              I made a complaint about package missing in your Trichy Branch, which was returned to be after a long battle. The purchase was made on 9.10.2021 vide Bill No. 140284 for Rs. 2, 680/ .The first complaint was made on 20.10.2021 .
              On the same day I got a mail as follows
              Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

              TAMILSELVAN
              "CCARE" Department

              As there was no response from Shri. TAMILSELVAN I again made a complaint on 16.11.2021. After a gap of nearly 17 days, on 2.12.2021 I got a message as follows

              Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

              TAMILSELVAN
              "CCARE" Department.

              As there was no response from Shri. TAMILSELVAN I again made a complaint on 17.12.2021. After a gap of nearly 7 days, on 24.12.2021 I got a message as follows

              Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

              TAMILSELVAN
              "CCARE" Department.
              If you look at the reply your will be surprised that there is no change in the standard reply, The text, colour and font size are same. The reply sent on 16.11.2021 was simply repeated on 2.12.2021.

              The only difference was different ticket number Ticket#[protected] was assigned on 16.11.2021. Ticket#[protected] was assigned on 2.12.2021 . [Ticket#[protected]] was assigned on 24.12.2021

              I am surprised as to how long you will mail the same acknowledgement without replying to the complaint.

                    I have purchased a sweater in chennai silks kumbakonam on 26.12.2021. The zip got separated and when visited the show room today with a complaint none of the staff responded and not even bothered. I left the item in the show room and came back. Really disappointing to have such a bad experience being a 16 years customer of Chennai silks

                      I am a chennai silks customer in past 15 years. I was purchase cloth from rkv road erode branch and get five tour option coupon from the chennai silks erode. Further i cantact to yathira tourism madurai for plan a tour with my family members of 10 members.But they are not allowed for 10 members.Only allowed only one coupon for free other coupon allowed with discounted rate..
                      This is wrong..So kindly solve this problem with as early possible

                                I purchased dresses from madurai chennai silks on[protected], time01:08:41pm amount1987 for which I paid through ATM card and regarding that I received message from India bank but ur staff collected cash from me stating no recept from Pop matching please refund the above amount and also sorry to state your Custemer care phone tried to contact but n response

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I purchased the "RUB EBS 41 COT -5" on[protected] in Salem branch and it was delivered in same day. After 10 I was noticed that there was crack developing in joint of Head side and I raised a compliant on[protected]. Based on the phone conversation and visit to the Salem branch they mentioned that "We will replace this with new one". But still it was not replaced. As per the conversation on[protected] there was a delivery near my location on[protected] and team will bring the new piece and replace it. But it not happened. I have called the TheChennaiSilks team on[protected] and the person mentioned that, he will check and update the same to me and the result is no response from him yet.

                                  I called the TCS team today morning[protected].32AM) call was not answered. So I am raising compliant here. Will see whether it will resolves my problem or not.

                                  Feed back on purchase:
                                  Defect in product with in 10 day of purchase makes me to feel frustrated also the customer support. As per conversation with team if I pay the transport they will deliver immediately but the charge was around 2K. Same amount I spent on delivery as well. Now it was damaged with in 10 days and need to pay once again???.

                                      Salem branch, at gents section that cashier kept on billing for the customers who came after me by saying that they had only less items. In delivery section they kept on saying that it is being packed, it will come in moments. But it came after 30 mins. Very poor managing. And I have many more complaints can't mention all of them here!!!

                                        I have purchased almost 7 sarees from same section, but they were unable to scan one saree's barcode during billing as it is slightly faded it's not my fault they have to scan again or ask the superior what to do but without doing anything just scanned for only once and told me that u cannot buy this... I wanted the saree but the sales person and the billing lady are very rude they are not even friendly... Because of that i have walked up and down for 5 times to get that saree in some other counter... Seriously a ridiculous feeling☹️☹️
