I bought a silk saree of worth rs 12500 for my sis but she rejected the saree as it was plain she is asking for more grand to wear for fuction

At madurai they are refusing we are also in business and i don't want to waste time, but this situation is un avoidable so only asking as a request to give permission to change
I am at sivagangai out skirts and have to travel 2 hours to reach your destination
Since it more help ful to me iam asking

If you people stubbornly not permiting me to change then how we will further shop with you hope you know customer satisfaction is important to business

Consider this to be a special case and help me

    Today 19/10/2020 we went to tirupur Chennai silks to buy dress for my 5 years son. Sales man who's is showing dress for boys which is 2000 RS . That is court type dress. The sales man who's is working in that section not giving respect to us. He didn't show dresses properly to us. He is angry when we ask them to show other dresses .

        Regarding about staff named as murugan.
        He is in 5 th floor sales man.
        He behaved in very bad manner rudely.
        I see the dress hanging in show case as displayed well. Rather than that I was inspired by another dress which was kept aside the table below in an cartoon box which is unopened .so I take off and see that .which I like it most to purchase on that time he came there and take off the tops and told this is not for sale o can't give you ..you see something in display.
        The way he was spoken and his behaviourness was hurted me alot .
        Am a pregnant woman he was talking rudely.how could I accept this .
        Kindly ask hime to behave properly in a good manner without hurting others .
        I came with tears from your shop . Since I am taking dress nearly 25 yrs from my baby hood . Take the action kindly this is my request.

          regarding debit card amount not returned

          Sir, i was purchased some clothes in erode branch chennai silks on 19.01.2020. For paying bill amount i used my debit card and subsequently the bill amount rs. 1489 was debited from my account. The persons in the cash counter said the amount was not credited to chennai silks account. And i pay the amount rs.1489 by cash. I had informed my bank also. But the amount was not credited to my account up to 30.01.20. After i inquired regarding this...

          I have bought mugoortham and reception along with that one 2 sarees.in tirupur chennai silks manager's were behaving very poor. I have taken one damaged saree without my notice. I came to exchange at tirupur chennai silks. They were said you wored and damaged yourself.. Very worst statement communication they are giving.. Before marriage no one wear for marriage saree. They didn't take for exchange. I came outside and talking to customer care to raising my issue. Not even giving proper response and they were discussing about inside. Giving statement for us... No... I am suggesting don't take any cloths in chennai silks at any branch.. Customer relationship is very worst. Platform shop 1000 times better.

            I purchased Ice Cream in Chennai silks, Tiruvallur for which bill was 35Rs and the MRP on product was mentioned as 30RS. I demanded an explanation but no one was able provide justification for the same. Kindly take appropriate action on the same.

            Also in the bill they are not entering appropriate item name simply they mention different names.

            No one ready to clarify the issue as they tell Manager is on another location and cannot meet them today.

              I had misfortune of having to exchange a plain white shirt of 42 size to 40 size and before even leaving the premises i intimated the section i bought the shirt (Kkv mens white shirt in 4th floor). I was made to wait from 1.20 till 1.50, nobody had even taken the bill downstairs for exchange. But it took hardly 2 minutes after an employee took the bill downstairs and changed the shirt. Most of the times your employees are simply standing and gossiping with each other. Why my bill was not even taken down for exchange for 35 minutes. I was delayed unnecessarily for so much time

                We went to the Chennai Silks, Tiruvallur branch for making a purchase. After getting home we checked our items and found that we didn't receive all the items that we paid for.
                We were contacting the branch for three consecutive days just in vain. Our call was put on hold and then after waiting a brief amount of time, the call gets disconnected. This went on for three days. And after that, we were told that they couldn't find the package. Later, we were told that they do have our package and we have to pay for shipping charge if not they will declare it as our parcel was never found and will say that the customer already received the item and close the issue.
                I did send out a brief email describing all the bill numbers, parcel codes to the online team and I got a reply asking me to forward the email to Customer care team which I did instantly. The next day, the ticket was assigned to some person as "Tamil Selvan" and in the very next minute, I got an email saying that the ticket is closed and the issue is resolved. I havent got any call or not a proper explanation for this and we haven't received the items that we already paid for. It's almost a month since this happened. This is very disappointing from a reputed organization as The Chennai Silks. Very poor customer service.
                This is not the response that you are supposed to give to your customers.

                  Sir we customer and statusable buissness person at kumbakonam and we met some insulted by some of your supervisors during your product exchange at your place not even went out from shop please warn mr prabakaran working at ground floor or you never shine your buissness at kumbakonam. And these type people not make your store like lucky silks and make co workers also not encouraged. Laxmi is the biggest shop at once and also centre at kumbakonam. The workers dismannerism is the only happen of down its market

                  I bought one over coat for me on Dec 10.After purchasing that I went to hydrabad, I didt check the size of that coat during purchase when I return I checked the coat and I come to know that size is too small for me.i want to exchange that...what can I do now???
                  Had worst service experience. I vow never to buy again from Chennai silks and would strongly advise all my near and dear to avoid this shop

                    On 27-8-19 evening i did shopping of 3190rs i got gift voucher of 206rs, they told me, i can buy particular things for that voucher, as there words i went to buy a leggings, there they are showing only two colours of leggings that's all, there is no proper collections for the gift voucher, if that's the case means why do you people provide gift vouchers, same thing i gave complaint in the reception, they are compling me to buy groceries, what the requirement i have that only i can buy with the gift voucher, and those ppl are not responding properly simply standing and telling to buy me groceries 😡😠 so such a worst experience i had to face it, for my engagement, i did my shopping there and on 26-8-19 i did shopping, and am from mysore, i preferred chennai silks for my shopping i feel i made big mistake by doing this, i never ever will visit this chennai silks worst, response (Cheaters)

                      Dear sir/ madam, very good afternoon, myself proprietor of mani's kalyana mandapam group which is located near to jct college of engineering & technology, coimbatore, (Near tamil nadu & kerala boarder) we have two marriage hall and we are running this business for the past two years, usually we use to promote "the chennai silks" by saying our customers about your band and product, note: we use to give our customer names, mobile number and their address to the marketing person's of the chennai silks for the past two years. A month before your marketing person's said that they will install name board for our marriage halls with the chennai silks details below, which will be a advertising and promotional activity for the chennai silks, we too accepted it but still now they did not do it, when we approach the marketing person name (Mr. Maruthachalam) he did not respond us properly and he asked us to contact advertising incharge (Mr. Kathir) he two did not respond us properly and his way of approach is very bad, mr. Kathir did not even bother to respond us properly after making repeat call from us to him, his answer is really hurt us and loyalty which we kept on the chennai silks has spoiled, this gives me great disappointment from the chennai silks, i was surprised that a leading store like "the chennai silks" with vast experience in garments has this type of employees who doesn't have proper approach to customer as well as promotion person.

                      I am writing this mail to say the chennai silks management that we got a bad experience by your employees especially by mr. Maruthachalam and mr. Kathir, hope you will see to it and take necessary action towards it.

                      Further as a customer and as a indirect promotional person of the chennai silks, we further will not support the chennai silks and the kumaran thangamaligai and we will not give our customer details to your marketing person.

                      We may be a single person to you today with dissatisfaction but this single may raise many in future if this dissatisfaction continues.

                      In hosur Chennai silks branch there is no zebra crossing and way for the shop, then how the how the government provided approval for the shop.

                      The shop owner is taking any safety precautions for the customers.

                      Please take it to government and put subway to cross the road and way for the the shop.
                      I have bought a handkerchief on[protected] the size of the kerchief is 45*45 cms but the size and cuttings are not proper

                        In chennai silks salem, i have purchased chudidar materials, and they also having tailoring option, so i choose to stitching from there. They said within one day they delivered but they can't delivered it on time. I asked repeatedly for two days fully. But they are not at responding. Using illegal for the customers. I said, going to complaint in chennai silks, they only suggest you but she can't obey it. Don't tie up with these kind of people. If chennai silks continue these kind of people surely customer will not come forward to your shop. Still now they will not deliver my product, i lost my money, lost my clothes, time as well.

                          Parmesh&sabitha they are at kids wear second floor at kukatpally then don’t know how to behave with customer and first they bouther about price and then they will show the product compare to chennai silk kalamandir, south india shopping mall, klm these showrooms are better even facing this issue also i have billed 8000/- today so thanks chennai silk and team for giving good service.

                            I purchased a total of five sarees for rupees 5500/ at coimbatore branch on 2nd march 2019- the bill no is 812513. But one of the sarees got faded away just in one wash. I have a number of purchase experience with respect to chennai silks at various branches. I hope the saree is very old stock. The rate is 600 rupees. How are you going to rectify this vb problem.

                              Hi, My husband has purchased a saree(rs. 3795) on 27th march in chennai silks kukatpally. The saree was little dull and not suits me, so i thought of exchange it. So i called the kukatpally branch whether i can come and exchange. A lady who lifted call told me to come to the branch and talk to their head and then exchange. So today during hot noon myself went to the shop and talked to the head. Then he told me there is no exchange, i requested him saying i want to purchase little more costlier and also other clothings. But he said no and his talking towards me soo rude. No respect towards customers. They only told me to come to shop and said they cannot exchange. If they were very strict about exchange they should tell at the time i called them . This was very dissappointing to me, i felt very sad and returned back home without purchasing other planned clothings. I never purchase again in chennai silks.

                                We are in chennai, and the card against the mobile number ([protected]) is in hometown. There are two cards against this card. So we are not able to use the points around 800rs which is expiring this month. Raised request to close one card several times didn't get positive response. Hope we have purchased in lakhs in chennai silks using this number. Going forward will move on towards rmkv till the issue is resolved

                                Today I went for a purchase in Chennai silks Chromepet after billing the dress and came to collect the dresses but the packing was very bad.So I asked about that no response received from them. Very worst customer service
                                Actually im nt sure abt d saree which i purchased... So i asked the sales man abt d exchange nd now i want to exchange d colour of saree.. can plz yu exchange my saree colour.. nd im sure tat i have open d saree yet d foldings are jus d same

                                  I purchased 8 sarees for rs.17555 at your velachery shop on 20.2.2019 in 2 bills to be given as gift to our relatives in our son marriage. 7 sarees were packed in 1 paper cover and the 8th one in another cover. My wife requested the delivery boy to hand over extra 6 covers as the sarees have to be put in a cover to be given as gift to our relatives. How can we give the saree without a cover? He said it was not possible and would go by bill only. Then i approached the person in the 'may i help you counter' in the entrance. He was very rigid and told me whatever the boy said is correct and he can not advise for any extra cover. I said we are planning to do further purchases in the coming days and if chennai silks can not provide even paper bags, how can we visit it again?. For that he said he did not bother about whether i come again or not. This statement made me angry and emotional and this picked up argument between him and me. Why did he behave like this? If he was not the authorised person he should have diverted the issue to the concerned person: is customer's requirement not important to chennai silks? The person was not polite with a customer. I am very disappointed with chennai silks on today's experience. We are planning further purchases in the same shop. Request chennai silks management to enquire the matter and ensure such incident do not occur in future.

                                    I went to chennai silks kukatpally, hyderabad branch with my parents. We went to buy sarees for my mother, formal wear for me and my father. The total amount for the clothes that we chose was above 25k. We asked if there is any discount on items, the incharge there told no discount. Then they made bill for clothes around 23k by putting aside one shirt which was priced for around 2k. Later we got to know that above 25k we would have got discount of 3%. Also we bought two formal branded shirts which if bought together we would have got 25% discount on them. So they tricked us and made two seperate bill in front o[censored]s, when we asked the incharge there said that we will get more money as gift voucher this way. Worst customer experience ever.

                                      On 14th jan 2018, i went to chennai silk (Jewellery shoppiong) to buy a jewel for my kid. I parked my two wheeler tn07 cj2702 at parking area and went inside of the shop. When i came outside after shopping, i saw my two wheeler was kept some other side which was roughly handled by parking security. He handled the vehicle roughly and if some of customer paid something, he is ready to do their need by mis-placing other's vehicle. I called respective responsibilities and informed but they do not understand and they asked me to provided my contact for checking the incident via camera recored. Still i didn't received any reply from them. My vehicle center stand is damaged (No balance and i replaced today), handle bar is also affected and the mechanic said that the vehicle was pushed in front with front lock so the front handle bar was sightly re-aligned.

                                      My observation is the shop does not care about customer belongings and parking facility is very worst. Respective team has to inspect on other provisions like parking, lift, fire safety etc. Otherwise govt/consumer sectors has to provide necessary advise to the management for the facilities.

                                      I would expect prompt response from respective department.
