Hi, My husband has purchased a saree(rs. 3795) on 27th march in chennai silks kukatpally. The saree was little dull and not suits me, so i thought of exchange it. So i called the kukatpally branch whether i can come and exchange. A lady who lifted call told me to come to the branch and talk to their head and then exchange. So today during hot noon myself went to the shop and talked to the head. Then he told me there is no exchange, i requested him saying i want to purchase little more costlier and also other clothings. But he said no and his talking towards me soo rude. No respect towards customers. They only told me to come to shop and said they cannot exchange. If they were very strict about exchange they should tell at the time i called them . This was very dissappointing to me, i felt very sad and returned back home without purchasing other planned clothings. I never purchase again in chennai silks.

I am the regular customer of chennaiskilk.. at chrompet. The person in second floor billing he responding worst behaviour. His name r. Jayaselvam. He not informing before the bill procedure...

    We are in chennai, and the card against the mobile number ([protected]) is in hometown. There are two cards against this card. So we are not able to use the points around 800rs which is expiring this month. Raised request to close one card several times didn't get positive response. Hope we have purchased in lakhs in chennai silks using this number. Going forward will move on towards rmkv till the issue is resolved

    Today I went for a purchase in Chennai silks Chromepet after billing the dress and came to collect the dresses but the packing was very bad.So I asked about that no response received from them. Very worst customer service
    Actually im nt sure abt d saree which i purchased... So i asked the sales man abt d exchange nd now i want to exchange d colour of saree.. can plz yu exchange my saree colour.. nd im sure tat i have open d saree yet d foldings are jus d same

      I purchased 8 sarees for rs.17555 at your velachery shop on 20.2.2019 in 2 bills to be given as gift to our relatives in our son marriage. 7 sarees were packed in 1 paper cover and the 8th one in another cover. My wife requested the delivery boy to hand over extra 6 covers as the sarees have to be put in a cover to be given as gift to our relatives. How can we give the saree without a cover? He said it was not possible and would go by bill only. Then i approached the person in the 'may i help you counter' in the entrance. He was very rigid and told me whatever the boy said is correct and he can not advise for any extra cover. I said we are planning to do further purchases in the coming days and if chennai silks can not provide even paper bags, how can we visit it again?. For that he said he did not bother about whether i come again or not. This statement made me angry and emotional and this picked up argument between him and me. Why did he behave like this? If he was not the authorised person he should have diverted the issue to the concerned person: is customer's requirement not important to chennai silks? The person was not polite with a customer. I am very disappointed with chennai silks on today's experience. We are planning further purchases in the same shop. Request chennai silks management to enquire the matter and ensure such incident do not occur in future.

        I went to chennai silks kukatpally, hyderabad branch with my parents. We went to buy sarees for my mother, formal wear for me and my father. The total amount for the clothes that we chose was above 25k. We asked if there is any discount on items, the incharge there told no discount. Then they made bill for clothes around 23k by putting aside one shirt which was priced for around 2k. Later we got to know that above 25k we would have got discount of 3%. Also we bought two formal branded shirts which if bought together we would have got 25% discount on them. So they tricked us and made two seperate bill in front o[censored]s, when we asked the incharge there said that we will get more money as gift voucher this way. Worst customer experience ever.

          On 14th jan 2018, i went to chennai silk (Jewellery shoppiong) to buy a jewel for my kid. I parked my two wheeler tn07 cj2702 at parking area and went inside of the shop. When i came outside after shopping, i saw my two wheeler was kept some other side which was roughly handled by parking security. He handled the vehicle roughly and if some of customer paid something, he is ready to do their need by mis-placing other's vehicle. I called respective responsibilities and informed but they do not understand and they asked me to provided my contact for checking the incident via camera recored. Still i didn't received any reply from them. My vehicle center stand is damaged (No balance and i replaced today), handle bar is also affected and the mechanic said that the vehicle was pushed in front with front lock so the front handle bar was sightly re-aligned.

          My observation is the shop does not care about customer belongings and parking facility is very worst. Respective team has to inspect on other provisions like parking, lift, fire safety etc. Otherwise govt/consumer sectors has to provide necessary advise to the management for the facilities.

          I would expect prompt response from respective department.

            Hi sir,

            This vijay having membership vivah club with registered mobile number [protected].

            Here my request is on exchange of my dress which was buyed on 30 th december 2018 and we need exchange the dress as fitting was setting so we approach the chennai sliks but there were so rude they didn't except my request, we didn't take exchange they saying go hade you can approach any where.

            We were so disappointed with this and we throw your dress there itself.

            Is it fare on your part, is it correct way we so depressed feeling very bad opinion.

              Hi, today i came with my family to erode chennai silks. Their front desk took my car for valet parking and i was not aware of any rules and unfortunately my family didnt like the collection and they went for other stores nearby and i came back for the car later. They asked for purchase bill and i didnt had so they asked me to pay 200/-. I paid and asked for the bill. Their front desk employee started behaving rudely saying they cant give any bill. I insisted for the bill so he again asked me to wait for 1/2 an hour to get the bill. I was asking "why should i wait 1/2an hour for the bill? He was saying i have to wait if i need a bill. He started speaking so rudely so i went to the chennai silks in search of the manager and he too acted so rudely and said"you go where ever you want and i wont give any bill". I was really humiliated and was wondering how they behave when you go inside the store and how to they behave when you ask for a proper bill. They way those employee talked to us made me so feel so bad and i asked why did they say anything when they took my car. I was totally done when their manager asked a question"why didnt you ask for rules by yourself". Then i decided not to talk with them and left after getting the bill, almost waited 25 mins to get a simple bill. Thanks for your approach"the chennai silks erode"

                I visited chennai silks salem on 16 nov at 7:40 and left at 9:45. During this time i lost my childs golden chain. I need to go through the video that are recorded during the time of 9:15 to 9:45. Because we doubt that chain may be fallen from my child neck during the time. So help us in this and show us the video recorded at that time.

                I went to Velachery Chennai silks yesterday day . I went to ladies lingerie shop. There was a women am not sure about her name . She behaved very much rude to me. She didn't helped me in buying those instead she was much arrogant which made me to come out of shop.pls take this as a very serious issue

                  As I was traveling in the local bus, I have seen the workers of your reputed shop are cleaning/ dusting the large doormats in front of your shop without any safety measures like mask, there is a large amount of dust coming out and spread out throughout their faces. They are get allergic and other respiratory hazards. To avoid this, as you're one of the best shops in Tirunelveli, you can give them free masks while dusting out the Mega doormats. Thank you .

                    Purchased a silk saree for diwali for rs. 2, 995 from chennai silks ernakulam showroom. However after the first clean water wash, the colors have totally faded. We did not use any detergent, but still the colors faded away. The saree has become totally useless now. Really disappointed due to the low quality product for a very high price. Did not expect such poor quality service from the renowned brand called chennai silks.

                      have purchased blezer for man in The Chennail Silks Chittoor. I dont like the product and when i return the product back to The Chennail Silks Chittoor. they are not accepting and not have exchange option. I gave the product to Sales boy at shop and bill. Can you please help to get exchange or return the money back to me. please not that product return to them as per company policy 3days from puchase of goods. When i puchase the product they said that they have exchange policy. But now they are not accepted.

                      Hallo good eveing. Ï perchase one readymade pant worth 699/- on 6th nov 2018 eveing arround 7pm. On the day morning ï waring Pant early morning 4am. Pant jip is not stiching properly. Ï connot use the jip up and down. its work only 50%.

                        I purchased saree @ 3000rs in erode - but not worth - material is like screen cloth, in sunlight material looks worst - in shop with display lights different - guide me to exchange in another chennai silks shop -& not satisfied with sales person - while exchange, shop workers and managers speech tone is different - my big request to exchange and they have to provide an exchange in another chennai silks shop, saree or some other dresses -

                          Indifferent attitude of security services in parking exit area

                          I am officer in govt. Of india and a privileged customer of chennai silks

                          On 28th august 2018 at 6:50 pm, i was leaving chennai silks, karur on my two wheeler with my 4 year old son and my wife. As you are aware, there is a steep ramp that was to be climbed up to reach the road in karur unit.

                          The security and the other staff (In uniform) were not attentive and they did not stop a car that was trying to make entry. Since it was a blind turn, only after it poked the nose, it was visible to me. But by that time i have started the climb in the ramp and i could not stop or retract as i was in the ramp, with my family in the vehicle. Some how i managed to sneak past, but it was risky. When inquired the staff why the did not stop the car earlier, the security staff in security uniform behaved in differently and disowned the responsibility and was not even feeling sorry or has the slightest feel of guiltiness. The behavior was completely unethical and unacceptable. The general rule for any ramp access is that the climbing vehicle should be given the priority as it is impossible to stop or retract after the climb.

                              Very very worst experience we had with chennai silk hosur branch. We bought a pattu veshti for inr 9000, they gave 1759 inr as a voucher. This itself a big fraud. Pattu veshti cost inr 9000.
                              By mistake we misplaced the vocher. When we approached them on 11th august 2018 for help or any procedure to regain it. He is not in capable of listening what we say. He is completely ignoring us.in front o[censored]s he is talking to someone else, not giving any impotrance to customer.
                              None of their customer service numbers are reachable. No proper manager to listen the customer complaint. Very bad customer service.
                              They themselves are not guaranteeing their product, i am wondering how we are trusting chennai silks. They say once product goes out of the shop that's it no exchange, no return. Money minded not the customer friendly.

                                Hi team,

                                I bought a vivaha brand sari a week ago for my own wedding and thinking that the sari would be perfect. Even after looking at the disclaimer mentioned in the site under the product description.
                                You said color might vary but i didn't expect the brightness would hit me hard as it looked good in the picture and before i made this purchase i also looked at the exchange policy and they clearly mentioned that if i don't like the product i can return it but chennai silks will pay me back with a store card. I felt it a fair deal only if i didn't like the sari i return it and buy a different sari with the same store card at chennai silks.

                                Now the issue is the stores won't accept the return of this online purchase and also i came to know that you guys won't accept this bridal sari as this doesn't come under the return policy, how am i supposed to know that this doesn't come under the bridal policy?? I get a feeling that i got duped here.
                                You guys didn't add that under the disclaimer or under the exchange policy or in the order receipt, i'm pretty sure that i didn't see the same while doing the checkout payment as well, i don't see it anywhere. I spent 28k on the sari and got duped here.

                                  I bought two shirts and one jean pant on[protected] at the time 2.30pm to 4.00pm while delivering only one shirts and one jean pants are packed but i payed for two shirts and one jean pants so i hope u will solve my problem. The colour of the shirt was white which i was bought and it was not packed so please solve my problem within a days. Please check ur cctv for ur conformation

                                    I placed an order online from chennai silks on june 7th. I tracked my order and it has been stuck at customs in sydney through aramex on june 12th. I called up aramex myself because chennai silk’s customer service is absolutely appalling. Aramex said there is something wrong with the parcel and chennai silks needs to call them to resolve it. I called chennai silks 5 times, the same one lady in customer service said ‘give me some time i will send you an update’. For two days i did not hear anything from chennai silks so i called again today, their helpline hardly ever works, then finally the same lady shrimathi picks up and says the same thing except this time she said she was on her ‘lunch break’ so i asked her to pass me to someone else or her manager and she said she can’t. So chennai silks you only have one person working in your customer service team? And that one person is absolutely useless. The customer service is so so poor. It is now june 28th and still no parcel. I can’t believe at the disgusting service chennai silks provides and i will make sure to tell everyone never to order from them. The even we were going to use the item for has now past. Estimated delivery was june 19th, it is 28th and still no updates. I will never ever buy anything from this terrible site. I can’t believe your customer service did not follow up by sending me at least an update or passing me to a manager. Very very poor.

                                      I have bought chudi for eid. Top size was xxl but pant was in l size. We asked floor manager. He said that the suppliers gives this size. Is that a proper way to response?
                                      We as a family usually usually buy everything in ur shop for all occasions. We used to recommend ur shop to others. If propee solution not provided, hereafter we will never visit and won't recommend it to anyone.
                                      U spoiled our eid day. Stupid service😡

                                        Today (14/05/2018) my mom visited tuticorin branch chennai silks @9.00am so as to avail the offer which is available from 9-10 am everyday. While entering into the shop she handed over her saree which was kept inside the bag to the shop workers as they were not allowed to carry anything inside the shop. When she came out after shopping she found that her saree was gone missing. Then we had a conversation with the spokesperson over this issue and we found that everyone's properties were collected without any pass or identity about the possession of ownership and kept aside like a garbage and we shocked to see and really worried about the carelessness of the chennai silks workers. Finally we had no other choice but to leave the premise. So kindly look at this matter and give a solution. Because you have to answer and you have a responsibility to keep a customers things safely like how you are protecting your own products from others. Our contact number-[protected]
