Subject: - Complaint against illegal automobile repairing & Denting Painting workshops in Block 01 House no 01 and 216, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi

Respected Sir,

On behalf of Neptune Resident Welfare Association (Regd.), Block-01, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110027. We members of governing body submitted complaint against illegal Auto Repairing & Denting Painting workshops are running in residential area and nearby MCD Primary School, Block-01, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110027. The Car repair shops in block-1 House No.01, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi encroach on government land/Road not only to set up illegal car bazar, automobile repair workshop and Denting Painting workshop but also rent out space to their many employees-migrants who have settle permanently around the shops, occupying all the residential area along them in exit to block-1of Subhash Nagar, New Delhi.

The workers keep their gas cylinders and welding machines inside mobile vans so that they can escape immediately as soon as police tries to approach them.

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that illegal Auto Mobile Workshop & Denting Painting workshop are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause
of making it unfavorable for human being to live in an environment of piece.
What these Auto mobile workshop are doing here in residential areas while according to
the laws no body has the right to violet the law as by opening illegal
Auto Mobile work shop and car denting painting workshop in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Also there is lots much noise pollution created by the dentures which starts in the morning from 6 A.M to 10 P.M in the night.

The harmful gases used by these mechanics are creating harmful diseases among old people and children. The Air is becoming poisonous and old people are getting seriously ill. These people do not possess any license for working in residential area but still they are working so openly.


These people hired some of the criminal’s minds who openly threaten society people and tries to harm them. They are also doing eve teasing and use abusive words and harassing the women passing through that area. Safety of women and young girls is highly required.


One of the shop owner named Md. Alam who has bought a shop in 1/216, is threatening openly that if any member opens his mouth, he will be hit on the spot. He is known to some of the criminals residing in Tihar village.

We are hereby requesting you to file a complaint against these people immediately and take stern action against them. We are also requesting to you that kindly provide us appropriate safety as we are living in a continuous threat of our lives.

We shall be highly thankful to you for your act of kindness.
