Ordered two sun creams on The Derma Co' website and made an online payment. They said that along with them, the offer includes a serum and face wash for free. But I only received the face wash during the delivery time, not the sun cream and serum. When I call the helpline number, I can't get through and there is no reply. It keeps going to the starting page, but I am not getting any calls from the company
