The Factory Sale — complaint regarding defective product supplied

I ordered vide order no. Qbb[protected] dated 01 sep 19 for 1100 mobile phone with free branded bluetooth at total cost of rs. 899/-
But mobile supplied to me was nokia n1280 which is different model and defective also as mobile and charger not working. Mobile screen also tilted.
And they didn't responding at all. Please help in this matter. Thanking you.
