The Great Vacation Club — Refund issue

The Great Vacation Club took the advance payment of Rs.4000/- from me on 13.5.2022 for my tour scheduled on 16.5.2022 and thereafter told me no hotels available. After that they dint even refund me my money. They made me wait for 21 days assuring me that i will receive the refund. But after 21 days on my continuous follow ups they said that the amount will be adjusted if i book some other tour with them in a year. I told them i dont want to book any tour and requested them to refund my money, but the representative flatly refused to give back my refund.

Please resolve my problem as they were in default and even though they dint do any booking for me they are not refunding me my money.
