This complaint is against "Virat", "Khushi sharma" & "Laxmi gupta and there number are [[protected] / [protected] / [protected]] from "The Great Vacation Club". They are a complete fraudster who will get the money from customers by giving you wrong commitments and won't book the same hotels and other facilities mentioned in the package. We paid an initial amount of 4000 rupees to confirm our trip with his agency but even after two weeks we didn't got any confirmation . and All of a sudden, he increased the package cost and demanded more money to confirm the bookings. His behavior's got changed once we have paid the initial amount. He was so rude and was misbehaving with us using very bad language with his words and we demanded refund of our 4000 rs immediately within few minutes. But he was saying that as per company policy there is no refund. We have sent email to the customer support mail id mentioned which we did we were about to raise a police complaint but We got a reply from there agent laxmi gupta saying that as per company policy your request would be processed for refund and will get refund in two days and she took our government id proof we asked why you require our id proof so she said without that we cant proceed your refund so we gave the id proof to her and one week passed after one week when i coordinated her she said your refund will come after 7-21 working days so i asked but you said that it will be transfer in 2 days so she replied no our policy is of 7-21 days i said her that ok then i will take a necessary action on it that you are not giving our money back so she said you can do what ever you want to anyways we also have you id proofs (that means she is going to misuse our id proof or going to something with us) all these people are total fraud, liars and scammer they are living on this kind of money only by looting people like us .. Before confirming our trip, they acts so good & after the trip confirmation with initial payment, there true evil character revealed. virat motto is to loot more money from us, we understood his aim then only we asked for refund.
