The Great Vacation Club — Refund not received

The Great Vacation club took the advance payment from me on 13.5.2022 and thereafter told me no hotels available. After that they dint even return me my money. They made me wait for 21 days assuring me that i will receive the refund. But now after 21 days they are refusing to give back my refund.

Please resolve my problem.
