This complaint is against "Virat" & his number is [protected] from "The Great Vacation Club". He is a complete fraudster who will get the money from customers and won't book the same hotels mentioned in the package. We paid an initial amount of 5000 rupees to confirm our trip with his agency. All of a sudden, he increased the package cost and demanded more money to confirm the bookings. His behaviour got changed once we have paid the initial amount. He was so rude with his words and we demanded refund of our 5000 rs immediately within few minutes. But he was saying that as per company policy there is no refund. We have sent email to the customer support mail id mentioned and we were sure that he was the one who was handling that account too. We even asked for a partial refund but he didn't respond to our calls & messages. We got a reply saying that as per company policy your request would be processed for refund. Till now, we didn't get any response from him. He won't properly answer the calls. Before confirming our trip, he acts so good & after the trip confirmation with initial payment, his true evil character revealed. His motto is to loot more money from us, we understood his aim then only we asked for refund. Don't believe this guy & The great vacation Club.
