I am registering my complaint for a third time, for non delivery of the hindu newspaper.
Inspite of the numerous calls to your office and to the agent, there appears to be no serious concern about a customer complaint.
Today i was informed that they are verifying my payment and even after two days they are yet to receive the confirmation from the finance group.
I have paid my subscription on 03 oct 2017 and been receiving the newspaper for over two months and now there suddenly appears to be a doubt on my payment.
In the year 2016, the newspaper was not delivered for full 5 1/2 months, inspite of my prompt payment. I presume the same might happen even this year.
Looking at the number o[censored]nresolved complaints i cannot expect a reply from you in the near future.
