The Hindu — Business line newspaper subscribed. But news paper not supplied also not issuing the refund of subscription money

I have made subscription for business line on 12 th august 2016 and paid amount. I wasn't receiving newspaper. I got a reply that newspapers cant be supplied due to service not available in locality and hence will grant refund of the money paid ll grant refund as service is not available at my locality. But i have not yet recieved my refund.

I have a huge respect for the hindu.. but I am not getting notifications from the Hindu app on my phone redmi note 3 .. I have seen other complaints on the Hindu app review section regarding same matter...
Pls resolve this issue..

I made a request for a copy on m s subbulakshmi.
a month back, the people from chennai hindu telephoned me and informed me that i will receive a copy with in a week.
but till now no action is taken.
i request you to send it as soon as possible.
